Research On Tourism Planning Method Of Environmentally Sensitive Areas Under The Background Of Global Tourism

General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized that clear waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,which will also raise the protection of the ecological environment and the improvement of environmental quality to the height of the national level.With the orderly advancement of ecological civilization construction,our country’s tourism model has also changed from a single scenic spot tourism to a multi-element global tourism,and the exploration of the global tourism development model is also in full swing.The connotation of global tourism is to regard all elements in the region as tourism elements and realize regional linkage development.Environmentally sensitive areas are natural and cultural protected areas of various levels and types established by the state in accordance with the law,and areas that are particularly sensitive to certain types of pollution factors or ecological impact factors of construction projects.Therefore,it can be seen that the environmental sensitive areas have relatively weak ability to stabilize and resist external interference,and how to develop tourism in environmentally sensitive areas has become one of the issues that has attracted much attention.All regions are actively exploring the road of high-quality development,which also brings development pressure to environmentally sensitive areas.The background of global tourism requires all elements in the region to be used as tourism elements,which stimulates more tourism demand in environmentally sensitive areas,but its environmentally sensitive characteristics make the contradiction between regional tourism development and environmental protection increasingly prominent.In response to the above contradictions,this paper integrates the concept of global tourism into regional tourism planning,takes environmentally sensitive areas as the research object,actively explores the tourism planning method system for environmentally sensitive areas under the background of global tourism,and finally realizes the relationship between regional ecological environmental protection and tourism development needs balance.This research will be carried out from the following aspects:(1)Combining domestic and foreign research.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign researches on the themes of "global tourism","evaluation of ecological sensitivity",and "typification of tourism projects",and proposes that environmentally sensitive areas are important tourism resources under the concept of global tourism;Development cases are analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for follow-up research.(2)Adopt the thinking of grading and classification to build a framework of tourism planning methods in environmentally sensitive areas.First,an ecological sensitivity evaluation system is constructed to evaluate and grade regional ecological sensitivity elements;secondly,a method system of tourism project types is constructed to classify and study the types of tourism projects based on tourism demand and environmental impact;The classification results are matched.(3)Take the Miyun Reservoir area as an example to apply the method system.First,through the study of ecological sensitivity elements,the area is divided into five types of sensitive areas: high sensitive area,higher sensitive area,medium sensitive area,lower sensitive area and low sensitive area;There are three types of tourism projects: friendly promotion type,coordinated development type and moderate development type.Finally,the above-mentioned results are matched,so that different levels of ecologically sensitive areas can be equipped with appropriate types of tourism projects,and tourism development strategies are proposed.
