| Lithological profile interpretation is an important part of geological studies such as sedimentary phase delineation and reservoir evaluation by oilfield development staff.With the continuous development of oil and gas production,logging and interpretation personnel have put forward higher requirements on the interpretation accuracy and efficiency of lithological profiles.The current lithological profile interpretation method mainly relies on manual experience or a single intelligent method to achieve the purpose of lithological profile interpretation by sorting out the mapping relationship between lithological profiles and logging curves,but due to the wide variety of lithological profiles,incomplete knowledge coverage,and low knowledge validity,the interpretation effect of the traditional method is difficult to reach the expected standard.To address the above problems,this paper deeply analyzes the field workflow and proposes a data mining-based lithological profile interpretation method.Firstly,the mechanism and process of lithological profile interpretation method are deeply analyzed,the data characteristics related to lithological interpretation are studied,and the lithological profile interpretation model and its data model based on data mining are designed;secondly,expert system technology is introduced,and the lithological profile interpretation knowledge base is constructed by analyzing and organizing the lithological profile characteristics,and the inference method based on rules and instances is designed to solve the incomplete knowledge coverage Then,based on the lithological profile interpretation expert system,a BP neural network-based anomaly data processing model is constructed,a multiple regression method is used to reconstruct the multi-source logging information curve,and the DBSCAN clustering algorithm is optimized by using the kernel density estimation method,and then an adaptive DBSCAN clustering algorithm-based lithological profile feature mining method is proposed to realize the self-iterative update of knowledge and solve the problem of Finally,based on the theoretical research results of this paper,we designed and developed a "logging lithology profile interpretation platform" in the context of lithology profile interpretation,and verified the effectiveness of the method through field production trials.The research results show that the method integrates the respective advantages of expert system and data mining technology,and provides a new solution to the problem of lithological profile interpretation,which has certain theoretical research significance.At the same time,the developed application system can effectively improve the accuracy of lithological profile interpretation,solve practical problems in the field of geological formations,and provide powerful support for oilfield production decisions,which has good application value. |
