Petroleum resources are the important support of China’s economic development,and the development of petroleum logging technology is very important to ensure national energy security.Production logging is an important branch of the whole logging project,which runs through the whole process of oil and gas field development.Through real-time monitoring of well performance,production logging can recognize reservoir information and understand the damage of reservoir environment based on measured well parameters.In this paper,the hardware design of production logging signal acquisition system,logging signal processing,logging data analysis and comprehensive interpretation are studied from the perspective of seven-parameter logging signal interpretation.This paper first analyzes the data acquisition principle of production logging and data decoding and transmission principle of ground controller based on seven parameters.A production logging real-time monitoring system based on seven-parameter combination logging instrument and surface controller is established.The hardware design of seven-parameter combinator and ground controller system is completed.On this basis,this paper studies the production logging signal processing method,proposes a log signal denoising method based on the combination of improved simulated annealing particle swarm optimization algorithm and wavelet transform,selects the optimal wavelet decomposition layers and wavelet basis function through particle swarm optimization algorithm,and uses Mallat algorithm and threshold filtering to achieve signal denoising.In addition,the depth correction method of production logging curve is introduced.The depth correction method of production logging curve is realized by correlation contrast method and stretching and compression principle.At the end of the paper focuses on the well logging data processing and integrated interpretation method,through the water injection profile and production profile respectively and quantitative calculation of injection water in each phase of oil and gas flow,output section introduces the conventional interpretation model and optimization method to explain,paper based on the improved algorithm analysis of logging data,improve the seagulls performance optimization algorithm by inertia weight value,The interpretation results of water absorption profile and production profile are illustrated by actual logging data.Experimental results show that the hardware design of the logging system has realized the signal acquisition and transmission function,the ground controller is more portable than the previous box,good stability,fast data transmission speed,and longer instrument working time.By using wavelet transform to filter production logging signal,compared with the conventional smoothing filtering method,the signal-to-noise ratio and mean square error are improved significantly,which not only removes a large number of burrs,spikes and singulas of logging curve,but also retains the characteristic information of the curve itself.Finally,the quantitative calculation of water injection volume of water injection profile and production profile of oil,gas and water phase output is carried out.The comparison between conventional interpretation and optimized interpretation method of production profile shows that the optimized interpretation method can improve interpretation accuracy and achieve the ultimate goal of production logging.
