With the rapid development of agriculture and animal husbandry in China,the production of agricultural waste has increased dramatically,which brings serious environmental pollution problems.High temperature aerobic fermentation is an effective method for resource utilization of agricultural waste,but there are still problems such as low product quality and long production cycle.For this reason,this paper investigates the high-temperature aerobic fermentation process of agricultural waste.In this study,we designed and built experimental fermenters with fresh chicken manure and corn straw as fermentation materials,and conducted experimental research on the heating-up stage and high-temperature stage of the high temperature aerobic fermentation process of agricultural waste,and came up with the optimal fermentation technology.Firstly,the research status of the principle of aerobic fermentation of agricultural waste,aerobic fermentation equipment and high temperature aerobic fermentation was reviewed,based on which the experimental fermentation tank for the adapted technology was designed and manufactured.Through theoretical calculations,the overall structure of the tank,the tank body,the heating system and the ventilation system were designed;the stirring simulation model of the fermentation substrate was established by COMSOL Multiphysics software,relying on which the stirring system was designed.For the heating-up stage of the high temperature aerobic fermentation technology,the optimal technology investigation experiment was conducted.The fermentation time and heating power of the heating-up stage were selected as parameters and single-factor experiments were conducted.Using the central temperature of the fermentation substrate as the judgment standard,the optimal technology conditions for the heating up stage were determined,i.e.,the heating power was 1000 W and the fermentation time for the heating up stage was 60 min.For the high-temperature stage of high temperature aerobic fermentation technology,the optimal technology investigation experiment was conducted.The ratio of high temperature resistant bacterium in the fermentation substrate,fermentation time and fermentation temperature in the high-temperature stage were selected as technology parameters,and single-factor experiments were conducted,and orthogonal experiments were conducted on this basis.The pH value,EC value and C/N of the fermentation products were used as the evaluation criteria for the maturity,and the maturity of the experimental products in each group was analyzed by the extreme difference analysis and the analysis of variance,and the optimal high temperature stage technology conditions were determined,i.e.,the ratio of high temperature resistant bacterial agent was 25g/kg,the high-temperature stage fermentation time was 12 h,and the hightemperature stage fermentation temperature was 75℃.The optimal fermentation technology was tested,and the color,odor and SEM and FTIR results of the fermentation products were used as the evaluation criteria for maturity,and the results showed that the maturity of the fermentation products was high under the optimal technology,which verified the reliability of this study.The fermentation tank design,high temperature aerobic fermentation technology and the evaluation method of fermentation product maturity in this study provide the theoretical basis and design basis for the practice of high temperature aerobic fermentation of agricultural waste.
