Due to the rapid development of China’s international market,great changes have taken place in the manufacturing industry and industrial products have changed from the original seller’s market to the buyer’s market.The traditional industrial products marketing model is no longer suitable for the current market model.In the environment of big data,the traditional marketing mode of industrial products has been impacted.Especially affected by the epidemic,the offline market operation has been hindered,and most manufacturing companies have been affected.The development model of traditional manufacturing companies needs to be transformed.Obtaining digital capabilities and improving customer experience and efficiency are indispensable for the development of traditional companies.At present,there are relatively few researches on the digital marketing of graphite industrial products at home and abroad.Especially under the influence of the epidemic,it is particularly necessary to conduct a detailed analysis of the marketing strategy of company A,analyze the problems existing in company A,reveal the reasons for the problems,and propose corresponding digital solutions and digital guarantee measures.Combining the relevant theoretical knowledge of marketing,4P theory,STP theory and digital marketing,this paper introduces the research status at home and abroad in detail,and summarizes and analyzes the environmental status of the graphite manufacturing industry in terms of economy,environment,policy and technology,as well as the current status of the marketing strategy of A graphite enterprise.Through the questionnaire survey and executive interviews,this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the products,prices,channels and promotion of A company,analyzes the corresponding reasons,and puts forward the necessity of implementing the digital marketing strategy of A company and the corresponding solutions.In order to ensure the implementation of digital marketing strategy,it is necessary to improve internal personnel’s digital strategic awareness,introduce compound talents,establish digital organizational structure and service evaluation mechanism measures.This paper hopes not only to help A company optimize and improve the current problems in digital marketing,but also hope that this research can provide some reference for the development of traditional manufacturing enterprises under the epidemic,and can promote the transformation and development of traditional manufacturing enterprises.
