A Study Of The Marxist Philosophical Foundations Of Xi Jinping’s Thought On Ecological Civilization

Today in the 21 st century,with the rapid economic development,ecological and environmental problems have seriously threatened the safety and survival of human beings.Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization,as the latest achievement of China’s ecological green thought,is a set of ecological civilization construction theory applicable to our country,which is produced by examining the international and domestic backgrounds and combining with the specific realities of our country.As philosophy is a theoretical system closely related to the worldview,it is necessary to use it as an entry point to do basic research on the Marxist philosophy of Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization.This article takes the Marxist philosophical basis of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought as the research object,and analyzes the philosophical principles contained in it.The main body of this paper is divided into four parts: First,it introduces the background of the thought and its theoretical sources.Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization is based on the three perspectives of social and historical development,the development of our country and the needs of the people,and has profound theoretical sources-the absorption of ancient Chinese philosophy,the reference to Western ecological thinking,and the inheritance and development of the ecological outlook of classic Marxist writers.Secondly,it expounds the main content of the thought.It focuses on understanding from five aspects: natural view,development view,people’s livelihood view,system view and global win-win view.Thirdly,it expounds the philosophical basis of dialectical materialism contained in Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought.That is,it mainly analyzes the thought from the Marxist view of nature,system and development.Fourthly,it expounds the philosophical basis of historical materialism contained in Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought.Analyze and explain the role of nature in the process of social development,the importance of reforming the ecological civilization system,the theory of environmental productivity,and the main role of the people in environmental protection.Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought has always adhered to the scientific and theoretical viewpoints of Marxism,and implemented the basic principles of Marxism into all aspects of the theory and construction of ecological civilization.The philosophical basis of this thought has been studied,which has enriched and developed its ideological connotation and development in theory.It highlights its theoretical quality and deepens everyone’s understanding of the development law of ecological civilization.It is beneficial to the practice of my country’s ecological civilization thought in practice.At the same time,it can also contribute to the solution of the worldwide ecological crisis and the protection of the natural environment in the world with Chinese power and Chinese experience.
