In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the global tea market,according to the data model of research institutions,the global tea market is expected to reach 73.13 billion US dollars in 2024.China is the world’s largest tea producer and one of the world’s major exporters.Tea,as an agricultural product with Chinese characteristics and advantages,has always played a very important role in international tea trade.However,it is pointed out in the technical guide for tea export issued by the Ministry of commerce that China’s tea export has prominent problems such as low profit of export products,low mainstream market share and low brand core competitiveness,especially in the growth trend of export volume and market share to Europe and the United States,which limits the development of China’s tea related industries and international market influence.In the fierce international market competition,the consumption concept of users has changed from single to diversified.How to meet the new requirements of the international market,seize the growth point of demand and increase the export volume of tea is the test and challenge that the tea export industry continues to face.This paper explores the needs of consumer groups in European and American markets,takes high-frequency tea drinking users as the research object,and investigates and analyzes the function,shape,use mode and price of existing tea making machines in the current market;According to the daily drinking habits of European and American consumers,this paper studies and analyzes the processing technology and characteristics of "cold tea making",uses the theoretical method of user experience to guide the design practice,creatively combines the drinking mode of "cold tea making" with the tea making machine,and designs a cold and hot integrated intelligent capsule tea making machine suitable for overseas consumers.In a practical sense,provide overseas consumers with a new experience of fast,convenient,healthy and high-quality tea drinking methods,so as to help improve the profit margin of China’s exported tea products,expand the trade share of Chinese tea in the international mainstream market,provide new ideas for domestic tea related industry exporters,help build an international exhibition platform and help the international advantageous position of China’s tea industry.
