| Light is one of the most convenient tools with which human observes and understands the world.Photochemical sensors can be used to analyze and measure the target substance by changing the optical signal.With the rapid development of science and technology,newfangled detection and analysis requirements are constantly emerging in the society.As a detection method with high sensitivity,high selectivity and fast response,optical sensor analysis has been widely concerned by scientists and related practitioners.Until now,scientists have paid more and more attention to the biocompatibility and ease of synthesis of photochemical sensors as well as their optical properties.Imidazo[1,2-α]pyridine is a kind of skeleton structure existing in natural products,which is widely used in pharmaceutical chemistry and has good biological activity.In addition,it also has excellent fluorescence properties and simple synthesis method.Therefore,in this paper,we designed three optical probes based on the structure of imidazo[1,2-α]pyridine,and realized their efficient synthesis by multi-component one-pot method,and also explored their sensing properties of anion and cation.The main research contents are as follows:1.Summarizing the current photochemical sensors with various response mechanisms,and introducing the properties of imidazo[1,2-α]pyridine derivatives and their applications in the field of medicine and photochemical sensors.2.Imidazo[1,2-α]pyridine derivative 1 with symmetric structure was synthesized efficiently by multi-component one pot method.The optical sensing properties of compound 1 on metal ions were systematically studied,and it was proved that it could selectively fluoresce alkaline earth metal ions and emit bright yellow fluorescence.3.Imidazo[1,2-α]pyridine derivative 2 with benzene as bridging structure was designed and synthesized.UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra showed that compound 2had colorimetric/fluorescence dual-channel recognition for copper ion and fluorescence recognition for mercury ion,which was successfully applied to the detection of actual water samples.4.Imidazo[1,2-α]pyridine derivative 3 which contains aldehyde functional group was designed and synthesized.In DMF:PBS 7:3 mixed solution,compound 3 can selectively fluorescein recognition of cyanide ions,emitting bright yellow-green fluorescence,and has excellent anti-interference properties.Finally,it has been successfully applied to test paper and water samples. |
