Taking Daye Lake Basin as the research object,this study explored the value of ecosystem services in Daye Lake basin by means of field investigation,data collection,data analysis,model construction and chart drawing.Based on the above,the ecosystem service value method and pollution control cost method were selected to calculate the two ecological compensation standards of Daye Lake basin respectively,and the weighted combination of them was taken as the final ecological compensation standard,in order to build the ecological compensation mechanism of Daye Lake basin and lay a good foundation for regional collaborative governance.This research has important practical significance for promoting the improvement of ecological environment quality of Daye Lake basin and implementing the national action plan for water pollution prevention and control and the Yangtze River protection strategy.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on Meta-regression analysis,the value of ecosystem services per unit area and the total value of ecosystem services in Daye Lake basin showed a decreasing trend year by year.The two indexes both declined slowly from 1979 to 1994,and showed a rapid decline from 1994 to 2019.In 2019,the ecosystem service value per unit area and total value of Daye Lake basin were 8.2523 million yuan/km2·a and 9.127 billion yuan/km2·a respectively,both of which decreased by 40.5%compared with 1994,mainly because the negative impact brought by economic development in the basin was not effectively controlled.(2)Based on ecosystem service value per unit area and current status of basin ecological elements,the conversion coefficient and demand intensity coefficient of ecological compensation in Daye Lake basin were determined respectively to be 0.12 and 0.09.Based on the above,combined with the total ecosystem service value,the ecological compensation standard of Daye Lake basin was calculated as 988.8856 million yuan/a.(3)Based on the current situation of water pollution,the water environmental capacity of various pollutants is calculated as follows:COD is 14774.6 t/a,NH3-N is 4630.7 t/a,TN is1839.9 t/a,TP is 92.0 t/a.The loading of various pollutants into the lake was calculated as follows:COD is 11335.36 t/a,NH3-N is 1289.63 t/a,TN is 2174.16 t/a,TP is 174.57 t/a.Based on the above,the ecological compensation standard of Daye Lake basin was determined as 10.4735 million yuan/a.(4)According to the weight distribution of ecosystem service value method and pollution control cost method,the two ecological compensation standards are combined by weighting method.Finally,the ecological compensation standard of Daye Lake basin in 2019 is 60.9568million yuan/a.The total contribution rate of pollution into the lake is 0.692 in Daye City,0.166 in Kaifa·Teishan District,0.084 in Yangxin County,0.040 in Xisaishan District and0.018 in Xialu District.Based on the above,the ecological compensation standard of each administrative region was calculated as follows:Daye City was 42.1821 million yuan/a,Kaifa·Teishan District was 10.1188 million yuan/a,Yangxin County was 5.1204 million yuan/a,Xisaishan District was 2.43883 million yuan/a,Xialu District was 1.0972 million yuan/a.
