| With the change of mobile technology,the development of PE industry,the increase of people’s participation in sports and the consumption trend of consumers on sports products with "content" has increased significantly,the sports IP industry has ushered in a prosperous period of development.As a sports IP products operating company,FD has experienced rapid development,but under the background of development of the industry,the company is still relatively backward in strategic performance evaluation,and it adopts a single unscientific performance evaluation method as the company’s overall performance evaluation method.The strategic evaluation and assessment method makes the company’s strategic performance management always remain on the surface and cannot be in line with the company’s vision and strategy,which hinders the long-term sustainable development of the company.By defining the induction of strategic management theory,BSC theory and strategic map theory,this paper organizes and analyzes the relevant literature knowledge of strategic performance evaluation goals,methods and evaluation systems.With the analysis of FD company’s current strategic performance evaluation method,the problems existing in current evaluation system were obtained by interviewing 7managers.By utilizing the strategy map theory,this paper resolves FD Company’s strategic objectives to 4 dimensions: finance,clients,internal procedures,learning and improving.The index based on BSC with industrial characteristics,so as to confirm and optimize the strategic performance evaluation.The proportion of the index is confirmed by analysis by professional experts combining with AHP method.The optimized strategic evaluation system is applied to the actual operation of FD company,and the indexes that FD company’s operation process deviates from the strategic goal are displayed through the scoring results,which leads to the problems that need to be improved urgently.Based on the existing problems of the company,find solutions and improvement measures by consulting the literature,and give corresponding implementation guarantees.This paper proposes strategic performance improvement measures from three perspectives.From a financial perspective,it is recommended that the company increase investment in high-quality sports IP copyrights and improve relevant financial indicators;from the perspective of employee incentives,it is recommended that the company enrich incentive methods and increase non-monetary compensation incentives to improve employee stability and work efficiency;from a process perspective,it is recommended that The company formulates the departmental SOP standard work process for the quality inspection department and the customer service department to optimize the work quality and work efficiency.This paper has reference significance for the strategic performance management of FD company,and it has certain reference significance for the strategic performance optimization of other sports IP small and medium-sized enterprises. |
