Coupling And Coordinating Relationship Between Rural Ecological Revitalization And Industrial Revitalization And Its Temporal And Spatial Evolution Characteristics In Shandong Province

China’s socialist development has entered a new era and stage.The acceleration of urbanization has gradually widened the gap between the rich and the poor in urban and rural areas.In order to solve the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",the19 th CPC National Congress in 2017 put forward the strategic decision of "Rural Revitalization" to build a beautiful countryside with "prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized rural style,effective governance and rich life".In the process of implementing national policies,there are often biased problems of "emphasizing industry and neglecting ecology".In view of this,this thesis selects 16 prefecture level cities in Shandong Province as the research area,constructs the rural ecology and industrial space evaluation system,and quantitatively studies the coupling and coordination relationship and temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of ecological revitalization and industrial revitalization under a certain time series,in order to provide scientific reference for realizing the comprehensive,coordinated,green and sustainable development of Rural Revitalization.The main results are as follows:(1)Among the 31 regions in China,the rural industries in Shandong Province are in the forefront,and the ecological ranking is poor.In terms of time series,the ecosystem was relatively stable from 2005 to 2019,and the level of industrial system showed a continuous upward trend.Among them,agricultural economy was the first level indicator with the highest comprehensive score,and resource supply was the first level indicator with the lowest comprehensive score.In the spatial dimension,the regional gap in the province is obvious,and the ecosystem is characterized by "low ecological pressure,weak resource supply and poor environmental governance".The rural areas in coastal areas have developed well.Dongying is the most livable city with the most prosperous industries.(2)The coupling level between rural ecology and industry in Shandong Province was high,but there was always a low coupling period.There is an obvious positive correlation between the coupling degree and the regional distribution of the coupling coordination degree,and the high coupling is consistent with the high level coupling.(3)The time evolution curve of rural ecology and industry coupling coordination in Shandong Province tends to be flat,and gradually transits from "Λ" type to "n" type smooth distribution curve,which shows that the mild imbalance stage increases and the high coordination stage decreases.In 2019,the high value areas of coupling coordination dispatching are mainly concentrated in the Yellow River Delta,mountainous and hilly areas in central Shandong and Weihai,while the low value areas of coupling coordination are concentrated in Yantai,Linyi and Heze.(4)The type of rural relative development in Shandong Province has changed from industrial lag type to ecological lag type.In 2005,the whole province was lagging behind in industry.The year 2015 is mainly synchronous,which is the most balanced period of relative development.By 2019,it will continue to evolve into an ecological lag type.(5)Through TOBIT regression analysis of the driving force of the coupling coordination degree,it shows that resource supply is the main influencing factor,which has a significant positive correlation effect on the coupling coordination degree.The ARIMA model prediction shows that the coupling coordination degree will increase slightly in the next six years,and the imbalance will be relieved.It is estimated that by 2025,the high value areas of Shandong coupling coordination will be concentrated in the Yellow River Delta,the mountainous and hilly areas in central Shandong and Weihai,and the low value areas will be mainly distributed in Yantai and Linyi.There are still great differences in the future development of local level cities,and the level of regional synergy is different.In view of the coordinated characteristics of rural ecological revitalization and industrial revitalization in Shandong Province,in the future,we should focus on playing the leading role with Jinan,Dongying and Weihai as the core,strengthen the ecological protection in Yantai area,and promote the coordinated development of ecology and industry in Linyi and Heze areas.
