The development of traditional industrialization has brought about serious environmental damage and ecological crisis.People have deeply reflected on and reviewed the traditional industrial development model,looking for a new industrial model that can build a harmonious development of economic society and nature,and achieve a virtuous circle.Industrial ecological development emerges as the times require.It has become a new trend in the development of international industry in the21 st century.At the same time,China's urbanization process has entered a critical period of rapid development,which has driven rapid economic growth,but it has also caused serious damage to the urban environment.The introduction of new urbanization has made people pay more attention to the high-quality development of urbanization and pay more attention to its ecological connotation.Industrialization and urbanization have close interaction and influence relationship.Studying the coupling and coordination relationship between industrial ecological system and new urbanization system and improving the coupling and coordination level of the two,are conducive to improving the ecological environment of the city and realizing the sustainable development of the city.Therefore,this paper takes Shandong Province as an empirical research object to study the coupling and coordination relationship between industrial ecology and new urbanization.Firstly,the domestic and international research status of industrial ecologicalization and new urbanization and the relationship between the two are reviewed,and the connotation of related concept theory is presented.Secondly,the evaluation index system of industrial ecologicalization and new urbanization in Shandong Province is constructed.Using the entropy weight method to determine the index weight,and using the coupling coordination degree model,from the perspective of time and space,this paper analyzes the industrial ecological level of Shandong Province,the new urbanization level and the coupling and coordination level of the two countries from 2006 to 2017,and draws the following main conclusions:(1)From the time dimension,it is found that in 2006-2017,the industrial ecological level and the new urbanization level of Shandong Province are on the rise,among which the industrial ecological development trend has slight fluctuations,and the development trend of new urbanization is almost straight.From 2006 to 2017,the coupling relationship between industrial ecology and new urbanization in Shandong Province is in the running-in phase,and the level of coupling and coordination is constantly improving.The coordination level has experienced the change of “reluctant coordination-primary coordination-intermediate coordination-good coordination”.(2)From the spatial dimension,with 2006,2011,and 2017 as research nodes,it is found that the industrial ecological level scores of other cities except Binzhou in Shandong Province have been increasing with time,and the scores of different cities are different,but The extreme difference in scores of cities in the three years is shrinking year by year.From this perspective,the spatial difference of industrial ecologicalization in various cities is shrinking.Judging from the ranking of the industrial ecological level of each city,except for the four cities of Zibo,Linyi,Liaocheng and Binzhou,the other cities have little change in the three years;the top six in the three years are almost always Qingdao,Dongying,Weihai,Jinan,Yantai and Zibo;in the middle,there are always Weifang,Tai'an and Zaozhuang,and there are always Rizhao,Heze and Laiwu in the back.According to the principle of equal division,the industrial ecological level of each city is divided into five grades.The industrial ecological level of each city is changed from “lower level,medium level and higher level” in 2006 to “medium level,higher level and high level” in 2017.The cities with higher industrial ecological level are mainly distributed in the eastern coastal areas and Jinan and Zibo in the central Shandong region.The lower-level cities are mainly distributed in southern Shandong and Laiwu in central Shandong.(3)From the spatial dimension,with 2006,2011,and 2017 as research nodes,it is found that the scores of new urbanization levels in 17 cities in Shandong Province are on the rise,and there are spatial differences in the scores of cities and cities.The extreme difference of the new urbanization level scores is increasing,indicating that the spatial difference between the new urbanization levels in various cities is increasing.Judging from the ranking of new urbanization levels in different cities and towns,the cities in different cities have not changed much in the three years.The top six cities have always been Qingdao,Dongying,Weihai,Jinan,Yantai,and Zibo.In the middle position,there are always four cities: Weifang,Laiwu,Tai'an and Rizhao.In the last place,there are always three cities: Jining,Liaocheng and Heze.From 2006 to 2017,the new urbanization level of each city changed from “lower level and medium level” to “medium level,higher level and high level”.The cities with higher levels of new urbanization are mainly distributed in the eastern coastal areas,and the cities with lower levels are mainly distributed in the western Shandong and southwestern Shandong.It is concluded that the industrial ecological level of each city has a certain similarity with the new urbanization level,which is mainly reflected in the fact that for most cities,the industrial ecological level ranking is similar to the new urbanization level ranking.And they are relatively consistent with the level of economic development of cities and towns.The difference between the two is that the spatial difference between the new urbanization level is greater,and the consistency with the level of economic development of each city is stronger.(4)From the spatial dimension,it is found that from 2006 to 2017,the coupling and coordination level of industrial ecologicalization and new urbanization in Shandong Province has been significantly improved.In 2006,the types of coupling coordination in various cities were mild disorder,on the verge of disorder,and reluctant coordination.In 2017,the types of coupling coordination in various cities became reluctant coordination,primary coordination,and intermediate coordination.The coupling and coordination level of industrial ecologicalization and new urbanization in Shandong Province also has obvious spatial differences,which are closely related to the industrial development level and new urbanization level of various cities.If the industrial ecologicalization level and new urbanization level of a city are both relatively high,the coupling coordination level between the two is also high.The cities with higher coupling and coordination level are mainly distributed in the eastern coastal areas,and the cities with lower level are mainly distributed in the northwest of Shandong,southern Shandong and Laiwu in central Shandong.According to the numerical values of the coupling degree of industrial ecologicalization and new urbanization in different cities,it is found that in the ranking of the three years,the rankings of most cities have not changed greatly.That is to say,with the development of time,although the level of coupling and coordination of cities and towns is improving,the development gap between cities and cities is insurmountable.Combining the data of Jinan and Laiwu in 2017 to study the impact of the change of administrative divisions in Jinan,and found that the rest of the cities did not change much after the data was merged.Jinan's industrial ecological level scores and new urbanization level scores and the coupling degree of the two have declined,and the industrial ecological level and coupling coordination level have dropped one place in the province.There is no change in the ranking of new urbanization level.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,the countermeasures and suggestions for the coordinated development of industrial ecologicalization and new urbanization are proposed.
