Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has visited the Yellow River basin several times and paid close attention to its ecological environment protection and economic and social development.He later pointed out that ecological environment protection and high-quality economic development in the Yellow River Basin is one of China’s important national strategies.We should work together to protect the environment and promote coordinated governance.And do a good job of ecological protection comprehensive renovation;To promote the high-quality economic development of the Yellow River basin,so as to ensure the long-term stability of the Yellow River basin and provide theoretical reference for the high-quality and sustainable development of the Yellow River basin.Starting with the connotation of high-quality development,this paper studies the high-quality development and spatial disequilibrium of the Yellow River Basin.Firstly,on the basis of the five development concepts,the evaluation system of the high quality development level of the Yellow River Basin is constructed,which includes five dimensions: innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing,involving 35 specific indicators.Secondly,the high quality development level of the nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin from 2011 to 2020 is evaluated and analyzed by using the Vertical and horizontal pull-off grade method and entropy weight method.Then,dagum Gini coefficient method was used to analyze the overall gap and evolution trend of regional high quality development level,and then to study the gap and evolution trend of regional and inter-regional in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin.Then,the grey GM(1.1)model is used to predict and analyze the high quality development level of the Yellow River basin in the next five years.Finally,it discusses how to realize the high quality development of the Yellow River basin from the perspective of five development concepts.The results show that :(1)from 2011 to 2020,the high quality development of the Yellow River basin is on the rise,and the high quality development level of the Yellow River basin will continue to improve.The scores of innovation,coordination and sharing dimensions are high,while the scores of green and open dimensions are relatively low,indicating that the Yellow River Basin has achieved certain results in innovation input,industrial structure optimization and upgrading,and people’s livelihood improvement,and there is still a lot of development space for ecological protection and opening-up.(2)There are obvious spatial and temporal differences in the level of high-quality development in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River,and the overall Gini coefficient and the inter-regional and intra-regional Gini coefficient all show decreasing,increasing and decreasing trends.Among them,the high quality development level difference between upper and lower reaches is large,and the regional difference between upper and middle reaches is small.Regional difference and supervariable density are the main reasons for the overall difference of high quality development level in the Yellow River Basin.(3)In the next five years,the level of high-quality development of provinces in the Yellow River basin will continue to improve.The level of high-quality development in the Yellow River basin is improving year by year,but there are differences in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River basin,and they are gradually narrowing,And from the innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing Angle to the Yellow River basin of high quality development.Figure 12 Table 6 Reference 90...
