The Yellow River Basin is an important ecological barrier and economic zone in China.In 2021,the Yellow River Basin’s total economic output was reached 30.3 trillion yuan,it is about 26.6% in China.There is a great development potential.And industrial added value accounting for about 33% of the national total.The industrial foundation is good,but the traditional extensive industrial development method has also had a significant impact on the ecological environment of the Yellow River Basin.So,it is important to promote the green development of industries in various provinces of the Yellow River Basin.So,now how the level of industrial green development in various provinces of the Yellow River Basin,what are their main influencing factors or indicators,and how their degree of influence,there is no answer.Therefore,conducting in-depth research on the measurement of the industrial development level of various provinces in the Yellow River Basin is necessary.Based on a review of relevant research literature at home and abroad,first,using the literature analysis and questionnaire survey methods to construct a measurement index system for industrial green development in various provinces;Then,using a linear weighting method to determine the weights of each indicator,and establishing a measurement model for the industrial green development level of each province.Using Grey correlation analysis to establish a factor measurement model that affects the industrial development level of each province;Finally,using the above model to measure the level of green development and its influencing factors in each province in the relevant data from various provinces from 2011 to 2021,and there are the following conclusions :(1)It is inconsistent of the level of industrial green development in different provinces,and the trend of change is also different.There are problems such as disharmony and gaps.The highest level of development is in Shandong Province,with Qinghai Province being the lowest.Form high to low,the provinces are Henan,Sichuan,Shaanxi,Shanxi,Inner Mongolia,Ningxia,and Gansu.Only Shandong,Shanxi,Sichuan,and Henan provinces have industrial green development levels higher than the average of industrial green development levels within the basin(0.325),However,overall,it is rising of the level of industrial green development in the basin,from 0.314 in 2011 to 0.329 in2021.(2)From the perspective of upstream,middle and downstream,from high to low the value of industrial green development level of the Yellow River basin in 2011-2021 is:downstream provinces,midstream provinces,and upstream provinces,and respectively their average development values are 0.651,0.319,and 0.193,and the downstream region is higher than the midstream region and higher than the upstream region,and it is large of the development gap between regions.(3)From the comprehensive score analysis of industrial green innovation input,industrial innovation output,industrial resource and environmental pressure and government green policy support of provinces in 2011-2021,it can be seen that there is also a large gap in the four dimensions of development among provinces,Shandong Province has the highest scores in industrial green innovation input,industrial innovation output,and government green policy support,and has the lowest pressure on industrial resources and environment.However,Qinghai Province has the highest pressure on industrial resources and environment,and the lowest level of development in other dimensions.(4)The overall four dimensions of the Yellow River Basin are moderately correlated with the level of industrial green development.Specifically,government green policy support,industrial green innovation investment,and industrial resource environmental pressure are highly correlated with the level of industrial green development,while industrial innovation output is moderately correlated with it;The impact of various factors on industrial green development varies,and overall,each province should strengthen industrial environmental governance and improve the level of technological innovation.The research in this article has certain value in enriching the research on green industrial development in the Yellow River Basin and promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of industries in various provinces of the Yellow River Basin. |
