In recent years,anhui province’s industrial economy develops rapidly,but it also causes a series of problems such as resource waste and environmental pollution.This fact contradicts General Secretary Xi Jinping’s assertion that ecological protection and environmental governance should be given top priority.In this context,the cities of Anhui province should actively respond to the call of General Secretary Xi Jinping,actively implement environmental protection policies,and strive to make the province’s industrial ecological efficiency level to a new level.Firstly,summarize the research content of industrial ecological efficiency,define the concept of ecological efficiency and industrial ecological efficiency,and summarize the research status at home and abroad from the perspective of evaluation and evaluation methods.Then the level of industrial ecological efficiency in Anhui province is studied from the aspects of industrial economy,industrial pollution level and industrial resource input level.Firstly,the sb M-Unseriable model was used to calculate and analyze the static industrial ecological efficiency of Anhui Province and the average redundancy rate of input-output variables of Anhui Province.Then,the Malmquist index was used to calculate and analyze the dynamic industrial ecological efficiency of Anhui Province.Secondly,from the perspective of the province and the region,the convergence of industrial ecological efficiency in anhui province was calculated and analyzed by using σ convergence test model and absolute β convergence test model.Representative influencing factors were selected as relevant evaluation indexes,and the effect of each influencing factor on industrial eco-efficiency was verified by multiple linear regression model.According to the research conclusion,the countermeasures to improve the industrial ecological efficiency in Anhui province are put forward.The results show:(1)From 2011 to 2020,the industrial eco-efficiency of Anhui province was in the intermediate stage and showed a trend of fluctuation.The level of industrial eco-efficiency in the three regions showed a state of central Anhui > northern Anhui > southern Anhui.The average value of industrial eco-efficiency among prefectural cities was 1,including Hefei,Bozhou and Huangshan.From low to high,maanshan city,Huainan City and Tongling city are the three cities of industrial eco-efficiency.From 2011 to 2020,excessive industrial water input and excessive industrial smoke(powder)dust emission in Anhui province reached 25.52% and28.38%,respectively.In addition,the average redundancy rate of all input-output variables in northern anhui and southern Anhui was higher than that in central Anhui.(2)The TFPCH index of Anhui Province is on the rise.From the overall,regional and city levels,TECHCH index is the driving factor promoting the RISE of TFPCH index.(3)There is no obvious σ and absolute β convergence in Anhui province and the three regions,which indicates that the gap of industrial eco-efficiency has no obvious trend of narrowing,and there is no situation that the backward cities "catch up" with the advanced cities from both the overall and regional perspectives.(4)The level of economic development has promoted the level of industrial eco-efficiency in Anhui Province,and r&d and innovation have also promoted the level of industrial eco-efficiency,but the effect is not significant.In addition,anhui province’s current industrial structure,urbanization level,degree of opening to the outside world and environmental regulations hinder the level of industrial eco-efficiency.Figure 9 Table 15 Reference 65...
