With the continuous improvement of new energy development and utilization,the utilization rate of hydrogen energy at home and abroad is also gradually increasing.Compared with traditional hydrogen production methods,aluminum water reaction hydrogen production has low pollution,high output,safety and reliability,etc.A series of advantages,so it is favored by many researchers at home and abroad.At present,the research on hydrogen production by the reaction of aluminum water mainly focuses on the properties of aluminum-based alloy materials and the research and development of hydrogen production devices,while the research on the by-products of hydrogen production by aluminum water reaction and the slag discharge system of the hydrogen production device is very little.In the first step of this paper,starting from the physical parameters of the by-product of hydrogen production from the reaction of aluminum water,the material composition and filter-pressing characteristics of the by-product are tested and experimentally studied,and the technological process of the slag discharge system is analyzed and designed.The design of the system requires that it be divided into three modules: pre-processing,filter-pressing and post-processing,and the selection of main equipment for each module of the slag discharge system has been completed.In the second step,the theoretical analysis of the slag discharge system was carried out,the basic filtering theory included in it was briefly described,the parameter analysis of the porous media model was carried out,and a suitable physical model for the slag discharge system was constructed by combining the multiphase flow model and the turbulent flow model.The model lays the foundation for the simulation calculation in the following chapters.In the third step,the finite element analysis software ANSYS FLUENT is used to simulate the filtration process of the slag liquid in a single filter chamber through the calculation of fluid dynamics CFD.The effects of different working conditions on the velocity field,pressure field and phase volume fraction inside the filter chamber were explored,and the optimal operating conditions were determined;Internal flow field visualization.Finally,through the slag discharge experiment,the water content of the filter cake after pressure filtration treatment under different working conditions was measured,and the accuracy of the numerical simulation was proved by comparing the numerical simulation data,and the feasibility of the slag discharge system was also demonstrated.sturdiness and reliability.In summary,this paper establishes a set of slag discharge system based on the hydrogen production device developed at this stage,completes the flow field simulation of the pressure filter equipment in the main module,and conducts experimental verification to ensure the sustainable operation of the hydrogen production device.And the recycling of reaction byproducts.
