Current Situation Analysis And Risk Assessment Of Rice Quality In Liaoning Province

Rice is one of the important ration crops in China.The quality of rice has a direct influence on the quality of processed rice.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,people gradually shift from "well-fed" to "well-nourished" and "nutritious and healthy",and people’s requirements for rice quality are also constantly improving.The staple food of people in Liaoning is rice,which is also one of the main grain crops in Liaoning.In recent years,the cost of rice production continues to rise,but the price growth of rice in China is limited,farmers are not enthusiastic about planting grain,and the field management is not in place.At the same time,the change of ecological environmental factors such as climate change,insect pests and environmental pollution will have a certain impact on the quality of rice.In this study,the overall quality of liaoning real estate rice was fully understood and mastered through the collection and detection analysis of rice samples from the main rice producing areas in liaoning in 2020.The results show that the quality of Liaoning real estate rice is in good condition and people can be assured to buy and eat it.The main research results are as follows:1.Quality grade of rice originating from LiaoningThe overall quality grade of real-estate rice in Liaoning is good,and the proportion of rice reaching japonica rice grade 3 or above is about 96.2%.The quality grades of rice are mainly grade 1 and grade 2 rice,and the sum of the two grades accounts for 81.7% of all rice.Among them,the proportion of grade 2 rice is higher than that of grade 1 rice,the proportion of grade 3 rice is 14.5%,and the proportion of grades other than grade 3 is about 3.8%.Among them,93.8% of milled rice reached level 1 of national standard,and the main index affecting rice quality grade was roughness rate.The indexes affecting the total quantity of imperfect grains were mainly unripe grains,diseased specks and bud grains.Meteorological factors have a slight impact on rice quality in Liaoning in 2020,mainly showing a slight decrease in the proportion of rice reaching grade 1.2.Standard of high-quality rice originating from LiaoningAll indexes(except moisture and impurities)are above grade 3 of high-quality japonica rice,that is,the proportion of high-quality rice reaching the standard is 64.4%.The main indexes affecting the rate of high quality rice were imperfect grain,amylose and chalkiness.By comparing the test indexes of rice samples,34 representative excellent varieties with large planting area in various cities were screened out,and the quality of liaoning real estate rice was further improved by recommending planting excellent varieties.3.Food safety of rice originated in LiaoningThrough the detection and analysis of mycotoxins,heavy metals and pesticide residues in rice samples,the test results of relevant food safety quality indicators are generally good.The qualified rate of all food safety test indicators of rice samples is 99.7%,At the same time,the relevant risk assessment is carried out,and the overall food safety of rice originating in Liaoning is good.Consumers can buy and eat at ease.
