Study On The Construction Path Of Shanxi Ecological Civilization

With the development of the industrial revolution,the level of science and technology has been improved gradually.In the meantime,human beings are also becoming more able to transform nature.While the industrial revolution of human civilization was created,and has caused a huge ecological crisis to human beings,nature has issued a warning to human beings in its own unique way.Today,with the rapid development of human society,the carrying capacity of the environment has been greatly reduced due to the large amount of human demand for development from nature,and the survival of human beings has been challenged.As a large coal province of coal resources in China,Shanxi’s resources,especially coal resources,have been developed on a large scale and with high intensity,which has made outstanding contributions to the development of China’s society and economy.Coal resources lay the industrial foundation of Shanxi Province,but under the influence of extrusion effect,the industrial structure of Shanxi Province is heavy and single,the utilization rate of energy is low at the same time of high consumption,the industrial technology content is low and the pollutant discharge is large,resulting in serious environmental pollution,water shortage and other problems in Shanxi Province.The destruction of ecological environment has seriously affected people’s daily production and living activities.It is not desirable or sustainable to simply rely on the input of factors,but it is very important for Shanxi to change the development mode and promote the construction of ecological civilization.Since the 18^thNational Congress of the Communist Party of China,ecological civilization has received more and more attention,and has been placed at the height of the“five in one”overall layout.Meanwhile,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that we should pay equal attention to development and protection,protection and development should be protected during his inspection of Shanxi.This paper studies the current situation of Shanxi’s ecological civilization construction by using the ecological civilization thought of classical Marxism writers,the discussion of Chinese Communist Party leaders on ecological protection and the theory of Foreign Ecological Marxism,analyzes the achievements,existing problems and causes of the problem in the process of Shanxi’s ecological civilization construction and puts forward the countermeasures to promote Shanxi’s ecological civilization construction.Including changing the mode of development,changing the way of life and consumption,correcting the concept of development,perfecting the assessment system,etc.Promoting the construction of ecological civilization in Shanxi is not only the embodiment of conforming to the times,but also the necessary requirement for China to achieve the goal of“double carbon”,but also the only way for Shanxi to achieve sustainable development.At the same time,it can also meet the needs of the people.Therefore,the construction of ecological civilization has great practical significance for Shanxi.
