The protection of water ecological environment is related to the vital interests of the people and the realization of the Great Chinese dream.Governments at all levels from the central to local governments pay more and more attention to sewage treatment,especially for wetland protection ecological areas with weak sewage treatment foundation.The H Wetland nature Reserve studied in this thesis covers an area of 16.29 square kilometers and is one of33 national key wetlands in China.Because of its outstanding ecological and economic value,it has been developed as a tourist attraction.At present,the population is gathered around the reserve,and the discharge of production and domestic sewage is increasing,which has a great impact on the wetland water ecological environment.Because wetland sewage treatment needs to consider the interests of the government,local villagers,tourism companies and other parties,as well as technology,capital and other factors,the project is faced with huge risks in the construction process.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project,it is necessary for the project team to carry out risk management for the H Wetland Lake pollution interception project.This thesis takes H Wetland Lake pollution interception project as the research object to study the risk management of the project.This thesis is divided into five parts.Firstly,the research background and significance of this thesis are introduced,and the risk management theory and relevant research literature at home and abroad are summarized to lay a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,it mainly introduces the implementation background,construction content,organizational structure,stakeholders and project characteristics of H Wetland Lake pollution interception project,paving the way for subsequent research.Then,questionnaire survey and expert survey were used to comprehensively and objectively identify the possible risk factors in the five links of the project approval,design,bidding,construction and completion of the H Wetland Lake pollution reduction project.The thesis points out that the project mainly has 8 risk types:planning risk,time limit risk,contract risk,environmental risk,social risk,quality risk,capital risk and organizational risk.Then,this thesis adopts the expert survey method to construct the project impact risk matrix to comprehensively evaluate the identified risks.Risk factors are classified into high,medium and low levels,and the risks are divided into key risks that must be taken prevention and control measures and non-key risks that need to be monitored.Finally,corresponding risk prevention and control measures should be taken according to the risk problems summarized above,and the risk management system of the project should be further improved in order to promote the smooth implementation of the project,improve the water ecological environment of H wetland,and promote the sustainable development of the project area.The research in this thesis can not only put forward effective suggestions for the risk management of H wetland lake pollution interception project,but also provide beneficial reference for the risk management of other sewage treatment projects.
