With the rapid development of economic level,China has become the country with the largest engineering construction scale in the world.However,the frequent safety accidents and high number of casualties in the construction process are particularly prominent.At the same time,the construction safety of architectural engineering projects is also very serious.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the construction safety of architectural engineering project and evaluate the construction safety matching with the construction project.In this paper,Rizhao "Jin Yu Hua Ting" project as the research object,around the architectural engineering construction safety evaluation system and the establishment of the model for in-depth research.(1)According to the theory of accident cause and hazard source,the factors affecting the construction safety of architectural engineering are summarized.Through the construction of architectural engineering safety,accident theory,hazard theory,safety index and other related concepts,the theory of comprehensive analysis;Then according to the 2008-2018 notice of the ministry of housing and urban-rural development,the statistical classification of safety accidents is made,and the five safety accident types are summarized,and the causes of each type of safety accidents are analyzed.It is concluded that the main factors affecting the construction safety of architectural engineering include: human factors,material factors,environmental factors and management factors.(2)According to the theory of accident cause and system safety,the construction safety evaluation index system of architectural engineering is established.On the basis of literature analysis,expert interview method,can be calculated for the specific performance is according to the accident cause theory to determine the four first-level indicators,to architectural engineering project construction safety evaluation of the four dimensions as a starting point,through literature review,expert interview and on-the-spot investigation method preliminarily determines the security secondary indexes,and adopt the method of expert interview to perfect indicators to determine.Through the above analysis and research,a perfect construction safety evaluation index system is finally established.(3)Based on improved TOPSIS principle and combination weighting,the construction safety evaluation model of building project is established.Through the determination of index combination weight,the subjective weight and objective weight were calculated according to expert judgment and theoretical analysis,and the comprehensive weight was calculated based on lagrange condition extreme value principle.The fixed standard grading method was adopted to solve the problem that the traditional TOPSIS method could not determine the grade.In view of the defects of traditional TOPSIS evaluation objects in calculating the optimal solution and the worst solution,an improved TOPSIS evaluation object calculation method based on vertical distance was proposed.Finally,the construction safety evaluation model of architectural engineering project is established,and corresponding suggestions and measures are put forward according to the calculation results of the model.
