| In recent years,the number of safety accidents and deaths in the housing and municipal industry is increasing year by year,and the safety problems are prominent.In the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China launched three years of safety production special rectification action,construction enterprises pay more and more attention to the safety production management of their construction projects.Some construction enterprises and scholars have made unremitting efforts on how to improve the safety management level of enterprises.The safety performance of each construction project belonging to the construction enterprise can reflect its safety production management level.Therefore,how to improve the safety performance of construction projects plays a crucial role in improving the safety management level of enterprises and protecting the life,health and safety of employees.Establishing a set of comprehensive and targeted project safety performance evaluation index system is of great guiding value for improving the management level of construction projects Department and reducing the incidence of safety accidents.First of all,this paper is based on the construction industry safety accidents in recent years.The factors affecting the safety performance of construction projects are preliminarily determined by the theory of safety accident cause analysis.And through the way of questionnaire survey to screen the influencing factors,There are 41 factors affecting the safety performance of construction projects.Finally establishes a set of safety performance evaluation index system suitable for construction projects.It includes six dimensions and 41 specific indicators.The second,based on the evaluation index system,the accident tree model is constructed by using the accident tree analysis method.The fuzzy mathematics theory is introduced to assist the quantitative analysis of the accident tree and calculate the probability importance and critical importance so as to understand the influence degree between each basic event and the top event and provide the basis for improving measures.Finally,The reliability of the model is verified by case analysis,and improvement suggestions are put forward from nine aspects according to the critical probability importance degree and critical importance degree calculated by the model. |
