Since entering the 21 st century,with the improvement of people’s living standards,tourism has become a life trend,and using backpacks during the journey is a common and economical mode of transportation.However,the impact of carrying a backpack for exercise can have adverse effects on human health.There are various types of backpacks.In order to explore the differences between different backpacks,this paper proposes and designs a relatively complete backpack performance evaluation system.The system includes control core STM32 microcontroller,MPU6050 acceleration sensor,RPC resistive pressure sensor made of 3*8 sensor array pressure sensor pad and 4*6 sensor array pressure sensor pad.The backpack performance evaluation system collects the acceleration of human body and backpack,shoulder and back pressure,and then sends it to PC through the master-slave Bluetooth module HC-05,where the backpack acceleration,human acceleration,shoulder pressure and back pressure are displayed in real time.Based on the data collected above,this paper mainly analyzes the performance differences between knapsacks with different stiffness from the statistical perspective.There are three types of backpack in this study,and the stiffness decreases successively.The three kinds of backpacks were tested with three different load strengths.In order to make the experimental results universal,the test was repeated with three different speeds.Each speed combined with a load can be regarded as a kind of exercise strength,which is a total of nine types of exercise strength.Each pack collected data on the intensity of each of the nine movements during the experiment and then underwent statistical analysis.Finally,the same experiment was carried out on the backpack test bench to simulate human movement,and the man-machine comparison was carried out.In general,the hanging backpack with the least stiffness has the least peak pressure and average pressure,followed by elastic material backpack,ordinary material backpack at the end,and the faster the speed or the greater the weight loss effect is more obvious.
