The middle trough of scraper conveyor,as a link between hydraulic support and shearer,is one of the core components of fully mechanized mining equipment of coal machine.Heavy load,vibration,impact,wear and corrosion and other complex harsh conditions have put forward strict requirements on the welding quality and batch manufacturing capacity of the middle trough.Cable-type welding wire(CWW)as a new type of welding material,has the characteristics of high efficiency of cladding,low heat input,this paper studies the dynamic characteristics of CWW MAG welding arc,explore its inner mechanism,high efficiency welding developed meet the demand of middle trough production of welding process,help to ensure welding quality premise of substantial increase the production efficiency,It is of great significance to the high quality and efficient production of the middle trough of scraper conveyor.By CWW MAG welding process test,this thesis studies the types of shielding gas,welding current,arc voltage,groove form the inner mechanism of the influence on arc dynamic behavior,discovered the drop one-way cornering transitional cornering phenomenon,cause the weld penetration of unidirectional rotating arc force analysis model is established,and reveals the inner mechanism of the weld cross-section cornering.The increase of resistance value and droplet transition frequency are the fundamental reasons for improving the cladding efficiency of CWW MAG welding.Under the same heat input condition,compared with φ 1.2mm solid wire,the comprehensive production efficiency of φ 2.4mm CWW is increased 55.8%respectively,and the production efficiency is greatly improved.In this thesis,the joint properties of MAG welding of middle groove wear-resisting middle plate(NM400)and cast steel groove top(ZG30Si Mn)are studied by process test.It is found that the change of martensite content caused by C migration exists in NM400 and ZG30Si Mn,which is the fundamental reason for the change of hardness of fusion zone of dissimilar steel joints in middle groove.Compared with single-wire MAG welding,the tensile strength is improved,but the impact toughness of NM400 side heat affected zone(HAZ)and weld zone is reduced,but it is still more than two times of the product requirement(24J),and the ZG30 Si Mn HAZ impact toughness of the two is basically the same(40J).In this thesis,ABAQUS simulation software is used to conduct numerical simulation of MAG welding process of CWW in the middle trough of scraper conveyor through heat source model checking and calculation of key thermal physical parameters,so as to realize the prediction and comparative analysis of deformation after welding.Is proposed in this thesis using the CWW scraper conveyor in central groove welding method,welding process parameters were studied for the inner mechanism of the arc behavior influence,explains the drop one-way cornering transitional cornering phenomenon,cause the weld section developed efficient CWW MAG welding process,middle trough of scraper conveyor high quality under the premise of efficient batch manufacturing is of great significance.
