The transfer of molten iron between torpedo car and molten iron ladle is an important process for connecting blast furnace and converter.The temperature drop of molten iron during the transfer of the two containers will directly affect the subsequent work.If the temperature drop law of molten iron in torpedo car and molten iron can be predicted,the prediction model of iron temperature drop can be established,and the dispatching work in the transfer process can be optimized,the energy consumption will be greatly reduced.There are many factors affecting the drop of iron water temperature in the process of molten iron transfer at the iron and steel interface.Therefore,this thesis establishes the influence of multiple factors such as environment,container and transfer duration on the drop of molten iron temperature from the perspective of torpedo car and molten iron heat dissipation,and then obtains the prediction model of the drop of iron water temperature.This study considering the tundish and hot metal ladle transport time is longer,the container of the thermal cycle process of iron has a great influence on temperature drop,establish a one-dimensional tundish and hot metal ladle refractory heat dissipation model by APDL method,for molten iron in the different time,different container heat flow condition,the quantitative thermal data between different container,by the ideas of the thermal equilibrium considering the influence of other factors on the heat transfer of hot metal,capture the drop of iron water temperature during the transfer of molten iron.According to the field production conditions,the factors such as empty tank time,heavy tank time,initial temperature of molten iron,torpedo car turn times and ambient temperature are considered in torpedo car,while the factors such as empty bag time,heavy bag time and hot metal turn times are considered in hot metal ladle.There are more than 3500 kinds of simulated working conditions.Then,through the method of controlling variables,the influence law and the size of the influence of each factor on the temperature drop are studied,and the relationship between each variable and the temperature drop is found out.Finally,the equation form of the prediction model of iron water temperature drop is determined,and the prediction model of iron water temperature drop is obtained by using the form of programming equation to fit the data with multiple factors.Research results show that the tundish iron temperature drop most of his time with empty cans,cans of initial temperature and time,hot metal tundish turns,including heavy tank time had the greatest influence on iron temperature drop,the second is the empty cans time,initial temperature,and the torpedo hot metal tank turns are relatively weak,the influence of environment temperature on the torpedo car iron has little effect on temperature drop.The temperature drop will increase about 21℃ when the heavy tank time increases 1hour.When the empty tank time increases by 1 hour,the temperature drop increases by about11℃.When the initial temperature of molten iron increases by 100℃,the temperature drop of iron during heavy tank will increase by about 5.7℃.The temperature drop of molten iron in hot metal is mainly related to the empty time,heavy bag time and the number of hot metal in hot metal,among which the heavy bag time has the greatest influence on the temperature drop,followed by the empty time and the number of hot metal in hot metal.The iron water temperature drop increases about 0.4℃ when the time of empty packing increases 1 minute,and 0.6℃ when the time of repacking increases 1 minute.Through the study of iron water temperature drop in the process of hot iron transfer,the key links in the process of hot iron transfer can be learned,and targeted measures to improve heat preservation can be carried out.The prediction model of iron temperature drop obtained is of great significance for improving the energy efficiency of iron and steel interface and reasonably improving the transfer efficiency of molten iron.
