| In recent years,China’s steel industry has developed rapidly,however,the rapid development of China’s steel industry has correspondingly led to the rapid development of steel transportation and steel storage,so that the logistics based on the steel manufacturing industry has also accelerated.With the progress of the world and the pursuit of profit maximization in all walks of life,the logistics industry,as the “Third profit source”,has been brought to the public.It has gradually been found that reducing the cost of manufacturing production and logistics is the most important first choice for manufacturing to reduce costs and increase efficiency,through effective control to reduce logistics costs,can greatly enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Logistics cost management provides an important direction for enterprises to self-check and master the market,and the factors that affect logistics cost management are the most important ones that enterprise managers pay attention to,which can not only promote the stable development of logistics enterprises,also further strengthens the Enterprise Competitive Advantage,is the topic which is worth studying.At present,although there are many studies on the cost management of logistics enterprises,the cost management of iron and steel logistics is relatively less,because the carrying goods are special and different from the general logistics industry,so how to analyze and deepen the steel logistics company logistics cost management evaluation research will be the starting point of this thesis.This thesis takes BG Steel Logistics Company as the research object.BG Steel Logistics Company is a company established in 2019 under the mixed system of the group company according to the national policy.As a large-scale logistics enterprise in northwest China,BG Steel Logistics Company is a representative 5A class logistics enterprise,it is an intermediate force among many logistics enterprises in China.BG Steel Makes Social Contributions to the local economy in the face of special national and regional policy support and opportunities.However,looking at the industry as a whole,we are faced with a 5.77% year-on-year increase in business volume and a 4.54% year-on-year increase in revenue,but a 4.67% year-on-year increase in operating costs.For BG Steel Logistics,it is also becoming very difficult to manage and control costs,b G Steel Logistics Company needs to further control logistics cost management,take the initiative in the market,through the assessment of logistics cost management,sorting out and adjust the direction of logistics cost control,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.The theoretical basis of this thesis is logistics cost management evaluation,according to logistics cost management evaluation process and standards,fully consider the impact of logistics cost management factors.Taking logistics cost management as a whole as an evaluation object,this thesis constructs an evaluation index system by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)from the angles of information level,infrastructure and management scale,service level,control consciousness and economic environment,give the weight to the index,then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the logistics cost management of BG Steel Logistics Company,find out the existing problems according to the actual situation,and finally combine the relevant literature and the actual development situation,the following suggestions are put forward: optimizing the system and improving the application level of data and information,improving the hardware facilities and expanding the business scope,strengthening the control consciousness and improving the service level,realizing the budget management and updating the accounting method.It is expected that the research on this thesis can provide some suggestions on the logistics management cost of BG Steel Logistics Company. |
