| As a vital link in the supply chain,warehousing logistics can be important to the enterprise management process.Since the new century,the modern warehousing and logistics system has been paid more and more attention by enterprises.The national government has taken the development of warehousing and logistics as an important strategy to improve economic development,create social benefits and save social costs.Warehousing and logistics construction has been taken as a key factor in obtaining profits and enhancing the competitiveness of the industry and as a strategic goal for the sustainable development of enterprises.Third-party warehousing and logistics providers are the most common mode of corporate transportation cooperation,and their evaluation and management are highly valued.This thesis first expounds the concept and related theories of modern warehousing logistics and third-party warehousing logistics providers,and then analyzes the organizational structure of C company and the current warehousing logistics management plan to find out the inadequacies of C’s current warehousing logistics management plan.Look for issues that still need to be addressed in the program.After studying the related literatures at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of the polyolefin industry and C company,based on the original warehousing logistics management plan of C company,a evaluation index system for warehousing logistics suppliers was developed.After the establishment of the evaluation system,the AHP analytic method is used to assign weights to the various indicators in the system,and then the indicators in the system are evaluated by the fuzzy evaluation method to form a complete evaluation system.Finally,three suppliers are selected to conduct an example analysis of the evaluation system,and the most suitable warehousing logistics supplier of company C is selected,so as to optimize the warehousing logistics framework of company C and enhance its system management capabilities. |
