| Gear is an indispensable part for many machines and equipment.It has made indelible contributions in the whole process of industrial development.In today’s era of industrialization and information development,gears and the related technologies involved are still the focus of research at this stage.The function and service life of the whole machinery and equipment are determined by gears.At this stage,there are various gear parameter testing equipment,such as gear testing center and CMM,but most of the testing equipment have not been widely used because of its high price and high professional requirements for use and maintenance.Machine vision technology began to appear in people’s vision.It has many advantages,such as high efficiency,good flexibility and strong adaptability,so it is favored by many scientific and technological personnel.This thesis develops a gear parameter detection system based on machine vision detection technology.The main contents include: the selection and assembly of various hardware of the measurement system,the calibration and design of the gear measurement system,the analysis of experimental results,etc.The specific work consists of the following three parts.Firstly,combined with the standard visual measurement platform,the process of image acquisition is analyzed,the lens,camera and light source are selected and assembled,and the hardware platform of the whole detection system is constructed;The gear parameter detection system is calibrated;The software of gear detection system is developed and designed.Secondly,select appropriate image processing technology for gear measurement,such as filtering and denoising,image filling,corrosion,corner detection,edge detection and so on.Thirdly,the geometric parameters and individual errors of gears are introduced,and their measurement schemes are designed.This thesis takes the standard spur gear as the research object,and calibrates the gear measurement system with the selected standard parts.According to the gear parameter detection method introduced,the gear image is collected and measured on the basis of the same visual measurement,and the rapid detection of gear parameters is realized.The experimental results show that the detection method of gear parameters using machine vision technology is feasible. |
