| Due to the virtues of light weight,easy preparation and environmental protection,organic solar cells have developed rapidly in recent ten years.Synthesis of new materials,optimization of interfacial modification layers,ternary strategies,and laminated cells are all common ways to improve the photovoltaic conversion efficiency of organic solar cells.In this paper,firstly,new high-efficiency organic materials were selected to prepare bulk-heterojunction cells,and the process was optimized to prepare the best devices.Then,the third component was screened to construct ternary organic solar cells,and the photoelectric performance of the device was tested.Secondly,we studied the impact of the improvement of the hole transport layer on organic device,and explored ways to improve the efficiency of organic solar cells.The main contents are as follows:(1)Using the PM7:BTP-e C9 as the active layer to prepare the positive organic solar cells.By changing the ratio of donor and acceptor,the thickness of film,thermal annealing temperature and time,the optimum conditions were obtained,and the device efficiency was up to 15.67%.(2)As the third component,non-fullerene acceptor IT-4Cl was used to prepare the ternary organic solar cells.By controlling the proportion of the IT-4Cl,the best was prepared.When the mass ratio of PM7:BTP-e C9:IT-4Cl is 1:1.2:0.1,the performance is the best,and the PCE is 16.54%,which is increased by 5.55%.Through the representations of EQE,carrier migration,ac impedance,film morphology and intermolecular interaction forces in the active layer,the study showed that the doping of10% IT-4Cl can improve the absorption of light by the active layer,enhance the probability of exciton dissociation and charge collection inside the device,increase the intermolecular interaction,improve the phase separation scale between the donor and the acceptor,reduce the series resistance,increase the parallel resistance,balance the migration of carriers.And the stability of the device maintain well.(3)Study of the effect of Zn O-PEDOT:PSS layer on the performance of organic solar cells.The best device was prepared by regulating the ratio of Zn O,and the efficiency was15.71%,which was improved by 4.11%.It was found that the doping of Zn O enhanced the conductivity of the hole transport layer,which improved the device performance.In this article,there are 30 figures,13 tables and 89 references. |
