| In case of emergency,the emergency response and disposal ability of tourist attraction is the key factor to deal with the emergency.Therefore,the dynamic analysis of emergency management system and leak detection can offer the scientific decision-making basis for the tourist attractions to improve emergency response and disposal ability.Combined with the public crisis management theory,the life cycle of tourism crisis theory and the multi-agent cooperative governance theory,taking HZ National Wetland Park as an example,this thesis considers the current situation of HZ National Wetland Park emergency management system,and the interview with the staff and tourists on emergency management of the park,to analyze the main problems in the emergency management,and puts forward the main countermeasures to optimize the emergency management system of HZ National Wetland Park.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In order to prevent the occurrence of emergencies or to reduce the harm caused by emergencies in tourist attractions,it is necessary to completes the corresponding prevention work at three stages,namely,before,during and after the occurrence of emergencies.(2)HZ National Wetland Park has established an emergency management system,but the interview shows that the staff and tourists of the park still have insufficient awareness of emergency management.(3)The emergency management system of HZ National Wetland Park still has some deficiencies in the pre-incident prevention,in-incident response and post-incident recovery.Combined with the deficiencies found,it is proposed to optimize emergency management system of the park from seven aspects.(4)Tourist attractions should also be vigilant against unexpected events that have never occurred,and develop contingency plans for emergencies to cover a wide range as far as possible.The emergency response mechanism with "ensuring the safety of tourists" as the first element shall be formulated. |
