| Silage corn feed is the most ideal silage for herbivorous livestock.The quality of silage is an important factor affecting the comprehensive quality of feed.Laboratory evaluation method is complex,time-consuming and expensive,so it has a strong advantage to introduce color sensor combined with spectral analysis technology into the quality detection of silage.In this study,a silage corn quality detection device was constructed by using color sensor combined with spectral analysis technology.The main contents are as follows:1.A color sensitive sensor for silage corn feed detection was designed.Using methyl red,cresol red,bromocresol purple,bromocresol green,bromothymol blue,thymol blue six acid-base indicator made 6*6 color sensor array.The sensor array was placed in a free volatile reaction chamber,and the reaction test between the sensor array and ammonia gas was carried out.The images before and after the reaction of the color sensor array were collected and the RGB change values were extracted for preliminary data analysis.Determine the acid-base indicator that changes obviously before and after the reaction with ammonia.2.Design a special gas reaction chamber for silage corn feed detection.COMSOL Multiphysics software was used to simulate the gas flow in different types of gas reaction rooms with different baffle parameters,and constantly optimize the reaction chamber.By comparing the RGB variation values extracted from image acquisition through simulation and experiment,the designed single-in-single-out special reaction chamber can fully and uniformly react the gas and sensor array.3.Construct the silage corn feed quality testing system.The reaction device in the hardware system mainly includes a special reaction chamber with built-in color sensor,a circulating pump,an air collecting chamber and a miniature guide rail.The acquisition device consists of a miniature spectrometer,a halogen light source,a reflection probe and a computer.The miniaturized spectrometer can quickly and nondestructively extract the spectral information of the color sensor.The software system is a spectrum acquisition system developed by Lab VIEW software.4.Research on classification algorithm of silage corn feed quality detection.The constructed silage corn quality detection system was used to collect spectral information of ammonia gas samples with different p H concentrations,preprocess them,and select characteristic wavelengths.Two classification algorithms,ELM and SVM,were compared.The results showed that SNV-VCPA-ELM model had better classification effect.The classification accuracy of detection samples reached 92.73%. |
