As the only product in paving materials that uses renewable materials as raw materials and can be recycled and reused,wood flooring has become an important floor paving material.With the enhancement of consumers’awareness of environmental protection and the practice of the"two mountains"theory,domestic flooring companies have begun to focus on the research and development of low-carbon green products.The purpose of this thesis is to develop a high value-added health-care wood floor product.This research makes the traditional solid wood floor functional,and has long-term development significance for the application of hexacyclic stone in building materials.In this thesis,according to the characteristics of Celtis occidentalis,its coating process is explored,and the addition amount of hexacyclic powder and the added coating position in the hexacyclic-ultraviolet light-cured hybrid coating are confirmed.Through the single factor method,the effects of coating amount,radiant energy and addition amount of hexacyclic powder on the physical and chemical properties of the paint film and the release of negative ions were investigated.Through the orthogonal test method,an orthogonal test with three factors and three levels is designed,and the wear value and the amount of negative ion release are used as the test indicators for intuitive analysis,and the optimal plan for preparing functional solid wood floors that can release negative ions is obtained and verified.The experiment was carried out to explore the influence of temperature and humidity on the release of negative ions from the specimen.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The hexacyclic powder with a mass ratio of 0-20%is added to the UV-curable coating by the melt blending method,which has good stability and no agglomeration after film formation.(2)The test results of physical and chemical properties of the prepared specimens show that changing the finishing process of the topcoat has no obvious effect on the adhesion grade and pollution resistance of the coating film;The coating amount has the greatest influence on the color difference value of the paint film;The addition of hexacyclic stone powder to the primer can effectively improve the wear resistance of the coating film,and the radiation energy has the greatest impact on the wear resistance of the modified topcoat;The combination of organic phase and inorganic phase in hybrid coatings can improve the hardness of the coating,but when too much inorganic phase is added,it will lead to phase separation,which will reduce the hardness of the coating film.(3)Only adding hexacyclic stone powder to the topcoat can effectively release negative ions.The main factor affecting the release of negative ions from the test piece is the coating amount.When the coating amount of topcoat is 40g/m~2,the radiation energy is200mj/cm~2,and the addition amount of hexagonal stone powder is 15%,the amount of negative ions released by static observation fluctuates slightly at the level of 795 pcs/cm~3,and the floor The ability to release negative ions will increase with the increase of temperature and humidity,and the impact of humidity on the release of negative ions is greater than that of temperature.
