Research On The Reform Of Vertical Management Of Grass-roots Environmental Supervision And Law Enforcement

In 2018,China started a new round of institutional reform in a new era,and the reform of ecological and environmental protection department was put forward as early as2016 two years ago.The reform of the ecological and environmental protection department fully reflects the overall attitude and requirements of the Chinese government for the work of ecological protection and the treatment of ecological and environmental pollution.This thesis is based on the work of vertical management reform of environmental supervision and law enforcement agencies of Guyang County branch of Baotou ecological environment bureau.Some basic statistics based on this reform are the strong support of this thesis.This thesis uses the way of literature research and investigation practice to carry out the research,peek into the leopard,find out the shortcomings and loopholes of this reform from the reform at the grass-roots level,and put forward some solutions and suggestions based on these problems,so as to make this reform more effective and operable.This article can be divided into four parts as a whole: first,some background knowledge of the article writing,and the introduction of relevant research progress and achievements at home and abroad;The second is to find some shortcomings and deficiencies from my participation in reform in my daily work;Third,combined with these problems,find out the reasons through investigation,research,analysis and demonstration;Fourth,some solutions and suggestions to the problem.This institutional reform is of great significance not only for the development of our country in the future,but also for China’s attitude towards global environmental protection in the future.It is worth our time to explore.Guyang county is a poor county.For the development of the region,the problem of environmental protection is also very prominent.The research on the vertical management reform of environmental supervision and law enforcement agencies of Guyang County branch of Baotou ecological environment bureau can provide some experience and reference for the vertical management reform of grassroots environmental supervision and law enforcement in the whole region and even the whole country.
