The construction industry is one of the five high-risk industries in China.The number of casualties due to construction safety accidents remains high every year.Based on the theoretical research in recent years,it can be found that there are many factors affecting the occurrence of safety accidents,one of which is the potential safety hazard caused by workers’ unsafe behavior.In order to avoid safety accidents,each construction enterprise is equipped with management personnel on site.However,many times,these managers are college students who have just entered the work position,and they have less internship and training experience in the campus stage.When they arrive at the work position,they need a certain time to combine the knowledge in books with engineering practice in order to gradually be competent for the management of the project site,which is a weakness in the traditional construction safety education.Therefore,in order to improve the traditional construction safety education mode,strengthen the employees’ understanding of the comprehensive safety evaluation of the construction site,improve the employees’ learning interest and safety awareness,and help them master their professional skills,this paper provides a new idea for the construction safety education of civil engineering college students by studying the system design idea of applying virtual simulation technology to the safety evaluation of the construction site.Thanks to the development of virtual simulation technology and the promotion of relevant policies of the Ministry of education,many universities and enterprises apply virtual simulation technology to the field of professional education to improve the effect of professional practice education.Based on this background,this paper studies the feasibility of combining virtual simulation technology with safety evaluation experiment.Through the research on the theory and technology of virtual reality,the integrated development of 3D building model and virtual simulation experiment system is carried out based on unity3d and other development software.The main contents of this paper are as follows:This thesis expounds the relevant principles of computer software development,and introduces the evaluation system of virtual simulation experiment system.Analyze and compare the development engine,modeling software and safety evaluation methods,and finally determine the safety evaluation method using unity3d as the development engine,Revit as the modeling software and safety checklist as the experimental application.This thesis focuses on the demand analysis and overall design scheme of the virtual simulation experiment system for safety evaluation of construction site.The actual requirements of the system are summarized into five aspects: authenticity,ease of use,consistency,optimization and stability,which are taken as the system construction principles.The basic modules of the system are divided into three modules: client,server and help document,and the functional effects to be realized are described.Complete the overall architecture analysis of the system,complete the design scheme,and decide to build the system at three levels: the underlying information layer,the simulation application layer,and the product demonstration layer.This thesis expounds the construction process of the evaluation unit model,puts forward some model simplification methods,and gives the corresponding model simplification requirements.Determine the risk factors for the evaluation unit model and modify them with Revit.This paper also draws the safety checklist in the appendix of the standard for safety inspection of building construction JGJ59 through Excel,and realizes the corresponding scoring standard.This thesis focuses on the development process of the background server and client of the system,as well as the release process of the two platforms of PC and mobile phone,and shows the final operation effect of the system.
