The prospect of architectural engineering has been gone through ten years,which has long development in various fields of engineering.Among of them,it is also pay attention to construction safety risk management of architectural engineering.Construction safety risk management has the characteristics of busying work task,changeable safety problem,and weak work system.The management difficulty is high,which needs the management personnel to pay attention to it.If it is handled improperly,it is easy to cause safety accidents,the architectural engineering and enterprises will face great losses.This paper sorts out the current situation of risky management in domestic and foreign,and tidies the research result in domestic and foreign of construction safety risk management.It summarizes the needed using theoretical method.Taking TYXC architectural engineering as example,it recognizes construction safety risk management presented by this engineering.Through using theoretical tools,such as analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,conduct horizontal comparisons all reasons according to influencing weights and management situation,deeply dig the main influence factor of reasons,and analyze the cause of problems.It can refer to the main risky factors of influencing the construction safety risk management of TYXC architectural engineering are ideology,management organization,educational training and construction environment.According to the main risky factors of influencing construction safety risk management,the corresponding rules of risk management,take different coping strategies to every risky factors;According to construction’s actual situation,puts forward that it should be strengthened construction in safety management recognition,management organization,educational training and construction environment.Finally,it conducts successfully in supporting PDCA cycle concept and communication maintaining team guarantee countermeasure,and it strengthens the construction safety risk management of TYXC architectural engineering.It hopes can find a convenient construction safety risk management evaluation work system,which is to provide a way to solve such a problem for management personnel.At the same time,it also hopes can provide some experiences references for other relevant industry.
