The side guard plate of hydraulic support is a very important part of the hydraulic support,which plays a very important role in the safety of the hydraulic support used in the mine.However,the temperature distribution of the side guard plate is uneven due to the effect of the arc in the welding,and it is locally heated to above the melting point temperature.A large temperature gradient is formed at the weld and the base metal.During the cooling process,the shrinkage deformation of the side guard plate is caused by the stress,which directly affects the structural quality and performance of the side guard plate.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the welding deformation of the support plate and inhibit its deformation for improving the quality of the support plate and enhancing the market competitiveness of the hydraulic support.In this paper,the key issues such as the change of welding temperature field,welding residual stress and welding deformation involved in the welding of hydraulic support sidewall are systematically studied.Based on the combination of Abaqus software and subroutine Fortran language programming,the finite element model of hydraulic support sidewall welding is established,and the simulation results of sidewall welding are analyzed.Through the welding residual stress and deformation results,it is concluded that the welding sequence can inhibit the welding deformation of the armor plate to a certain extent.The welding deformation of back-to-back guard plate is smaller than that of single guard plate,which effectively inhibits the welding deformation of guard plate,and the welding deformation of guard plate can meet the industry standard.Through the results of residual stress and deformation of back-to-back shield plate welded by positive and negative alternate welding,it can be seen that the residual stress of the back-to-back shield plate welded by positive and negative alternate welding can be reduced to a certain extent and the welding deformation can be further suppressed than that of the back-to-back shield plate welded by one of the back-to-back shield plates and the other back-to-back shield plate,which shows the necessity of the back-to-back shield plate for positive and negative alternate welding.In view of the fact that the alternate welding of positive and negative sides can suppress the welding deformation of the support plate,the design of the flip device for the welding of the support plate of the hydraulic support is carried out to achieve the purpose of effectively suppressing the welding deformation of the support plate.The U-shaped fixture is designed to clamp the back-to-back side guard plate,and the type fixture and the positioning hydraulic cylinder are used to locate the six points of the back-to-back side guard plate.Therefore,the positioning hydraulic cylinder needs to be selected.The design of the fixture frame is based on the type fixture and the positioning hydraulic cylinder,and then the complete fixture device is designed.Finally,the selection and design of other structures of the anti-deformation flip device are carried out,and the design of the overall anti-deformation flip device is completed.
