The project is the key content of the international cooperation project(NO:0S2013ZR0493)of development of electronic-hydraulic control system in unattended coal face for hydraulic supports.This project is proposed base on the fact of poor stability,immature technology.With the development of fully mechanized coal mining technology,fully mechanized coal face is longer,the control speed of hydraulic support lags shearer,simple shelf and group push operation are used in fully mechanized coal face,which can not provides a running track quickly for the coal mining.The main control device basically rely on imports in our country,the key technology of imported equipment is closed for us,customer service is not convenient and the supply are lagging indicators,the industry monopoly phenomenon is more serious,the price is not reasonable,these problems restrict seriously the development of China’s coal industry.Development of a main control device suitable for the actual situation of domestic coal is the needs of development of coal industry.In view of this problem,this paper designed a main control device of hydraulic support based on single chip microcomputer of dual core,used many RS485 buses communication mode and MODBUS communication protocol,combined automatic control technology of infrared transceiver in fully mechanized mining face,which can locate the shearer,monitor and control the action of the hydraulic support.Set up the experimental test platform,debugged each function of the main control device in the laboratory platform,the result shows that all function of the main control device is well.The domestic and foreign literature of the topic are referred to,the reasonable opinion of underground workers are adopted,according to the mining process and the control function of main control device,overall scheme of the system is designed,related technical index is put forward,16-bit single chip microcontroller of low power consumption and fast processing speed is choseAccording to the technical index and the overall scheme,determined hardware overall structure based on 16 bit microcontroller of dual core,designed hardware circuit of every module,including the minimum system,circuit of power supply,drive output module,communication system,data acquisition,emergency stop and lockout function,human-computer interaction,data storage and power-off protection.output interface and so on.Combined with the hardware circuit,designed the software program flow of each module,compiled the software program,including communications,human-computer interaction,parameter modification and remote program download online,single action control,group control,switch of operation mode,emergency stop and lockout,signal acquisition,intelligent judgment of sensor and so on.Set up a laboratory debugging platform and debugged all function of main control device in the laboratory,including local control function,remote control function,automatic control,modify the parameters and remote online upgrade and so on.The experimental results show that all function of main control device is more reliable,collected data is real-time and accurate,the action can response quickly,the main control device is more practical,comparing with domestic similar products,it is higher performance.
