| With the development of screening technology,rotary vibration screen has been widely used in screening for its advantages of high efficiency,low energy consumption and clean screening environment.Materials and particles screening is a relatively complex process,due to the electrostatic force would be generated by the friction between the particles and the screen in this process,so that the material particles cluster,bond into aggregates,and then block the screen,resulting in low screening efficiency.In response to the current imperfect mechanism of ultrasonic assisted screening in China,which leads to blind selection of ultrasonic assisted screening devices,this paper analyzes the mechanism of ultrasonic assisted screening based on the simulation experiment of discrete element method,and then verifies the mechanism of ultrasonic assisted screening through the physical experiment.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Study on the mechanism of ultrasonic assisted screening.The agglomeration and dispersion mechanism of particles under the action of ultrasonic wave is analyzed theoretically and the energy model of particles produced by van der Waals force and ultrasonic vibration in screening is established.Analyze the dynamic and motion state of ultrasonic rotary vibration screen,and the motion law of material particles on the screen surface under the combined action of vibrating screen vibration and ultrasonic vibration.(2)Simulation experiment analysis of rotary vibrating screen.The motion path of ultrasonic rotary vibrating screen is simulated by discrete element method,and the definitions of screening rate and blockage rate are proposed.Through the simulation experiment of each vibration parameter(vibration frequency,vibration amplitude,conical swing angle),the relationship between each vibration parameter and screening rate and blockage rate is explored,and the optimal vibration parameters for material particle screening are obtained.The influence of ultrasonic vibration on screening rate and blockage rate under different vibration parameters is compared.(3)Experimental analysis of rotary vibrating screen.The effects of vibration parameters(vibration frequency,eccentric block Angle)on the screening rate were studied through the physical experiment,and the optimal vibration parameters were obtained when the physical prototype was used to screen the material particles.The results of the physical prototype are used to analyze the impact of ultrasonic vibration on the screening rate and blockage rate.The experimental results are similar to the simulation results,which further verifies that the discrete element method can be used in the simulation test of rotary vibration screen.Secondly,ultrasonic vibration can effectively disperse particle aggregates,solve the problem of hole blockage,and significantly improve the screening rate. |
