Research On Risk Management Of IATF 16949 Quality Management System Import Project Of K Company

By reviewing the theoretical knowledge and research status of project management,project risk management and IATF 16949 quality management system,this paper analyzes the necessity of introducing IATF 16949 quality management system into project risk management research of K company,and carries out relevant research,hoping to finally find a risk management method suitable for the introduction of quality management system into the project.Taking the IATF 16949 quality management system introduction project of K Company as a case,this paper makes an in-depth exploration on the risk management of the project on the basis of literature research.Firstly,investigate the background of the subject,review the relevant literature at home and abroad,summarize the research status of project management,project risk management and IATF 16949 quality management system,and complete the preparation of theoretical knowledge;Secondly,it studies the general situation of the project,combines the brainstorming method and Delphi method to identify the risk of the project,summarizes the risk factors in the implementation process of the project,and outputs the list of project risks;Then,based on the project risk list,the subjective evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk of the project,the risk evaluation results of the project are obtained,and the project risk evaluation table is output;Then formulate risk response strategies and measures for different levels of risks,obtain the risk response results,and output the project risk response plan;Finally,according to the project risk response strategy,this paper gives some suggestions on using the project risk monitoring table to monitor the project risk,so as to adjust the risk response strategy and measures in time.
