| The people take food as their priority,and food culture is the reflection of human thinking about life and understanding of the world through food.Manchuria as the last feudal dynasty of China’s ruling ethnic groups,its unique natural environment,production methods and changes in the social environment before and after the entry of the Manchu people have nurtured the characteristics of food customs,of which the custom of eating meat is one of the core elements of Manchurian food customs.Although the climate in the northeast is cold,the natural environment of the mountains,plains and rivers is rich in food resources,which provides sufficient food for people living in the region,where the production methods of mainly fishing and hunting civilization has formed a meat-eating customs with great regional characteristics.With the entry of Manchuria,the natural environment and production methods change,Manchurian meat-eating customs change.Plus Manchuria and other ethnic groups,especially the deepening of the Han exchange,meat eating customs become "Han" "farming".The article mainly follows the historical development of Manchurian lineage of Manchurian food culture,especially meat culture for a systematic analysis of the development of meat eating customs in Manchuria placed in the context of the survival of Manchuria to examine the spatial and temporal context,the evolution of meat eating customs of Manchurian ancestors,the changes in meat eating customs in Manchuria during the Qing dynasty,in order to study the evolution and heritage of traditional meat eating customs in Manchuria,in order to supplement the history of minority food culture part It also provides a new perspective for the study of Qing dynasty social history.The reason for the selection of this paper with "Manchuria" and not "Manchu",for historical terminology considerations,but also respect for the historical material. |
