The Practical Research Of Yangzhou Paper Cutting Elements In Xie Fuchun’s Packaging Design

The application of regional culture in traditional packaging is the development direction of contemporary packaging design.Paper-cut is an important form of expression in folk art.With a long history and profound cultural connotation,Yangzhou paper-cut is an important carrier of inheriting regional culture and an artistic microcosm of Yangzhou People’s Daily life.Yangzhou paper-cut has the artistic characteristics of fine,spirit,show and elegance,and is an important representative of southern paper-cut.Packaging refers to the container that protects the product and facilitates transportation during the product circulation process.Packaging has the characteristics of practicality,protection and conveying product information.With the progress of The Times and the development of technology,the forms of packaging are becoming more and more diverse,and to a certain extent,packaging has played a role in transmitting cultural values.This paper focuses on the integration of regional traditional cultural elements into the design practice of Xie Fuchun packaging,which is divided into four chapters.The first chapter summarizes the historical development and style characteristics of Yangzhou paper-cut.The second chapter analyzes the properties of packaging,the historical evolution and current situation of the packaging design of Yangzhou brand Xie Fuchun,and summarizes the development trend and importance of the packaging design.The third chapter summarizes and extracts the subject matter,design form and color modeling of Yangzhou paper-cut,and designs the graphics and color styles of Yangzhou Xie Fuchun’s "Spring River flower and Moonlight Night" series packaging;The fourth chapter introduces the packaging design of Yangzhou Xie Fuchun "Spring River Flower and Moonlight Night" series from the aspects of material and function,and puts forward the design concept that meets the current environmental requirements.This paper analyzes the development process of similar brand packaging through case analysis,questionnaire survey,comparison and other research methods,and then conducts in-depth study and practice of Yangzhou paper-cut through the practical operation of on-site paper-cut hook sample,and analyzes the theoretical and practical value of integrating regional culture into packaging design.
