| With the continuous improvement of the urbanization level,the production of construction waste has been increasing year by year,and the contradiction between urban construction and waste disposal means is becoming increasingly prominent.It is pointed out that the construction of construction waste treatment plant can adapt to the high quality development of the city,and the evaluation of site suitability is the first step of construction waste treatment plant.However,inappropriate site selection of construction waste treatment plant will threaten the ecological environment,bring negative economic benefits,and even affect the healthy development of the industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the siting suitability evaluation of construction waste treatment plant.Based on the domestic and foreign research status of construction waste recycling,waste treatment plant site selection and site suitability evaluation,this paper expounds the concepts of construction waste,construction waste recycling and construction waste treatment plant,and takes network analysis theory and object element extension theory as the theoretical basis of this paper.Then,on the basis of clarifying the basic principles of site selection and relevant laws and regulations on site selection,the evaluation index system was preliminarily established from the aspects of nature,society and economy through the literature research method.The evaluation index system of site selection suitability of construction waste treatment plant was established including 3 first-level indexes and 15 second-level indexes by combining the questionnaire survey and SPSS software for analysis.Then,ANP network analysis method was adopted to analyze the correlation degree of evaluation indicators through expert consultation.The weight of evaluation indicators was calculated based on Super Decisions software,and classical domain,node domain,matter element to be evaluated,correlation function and evaluation level were determined successively according to the principle of matter-element extension model to complete the construction of matter-element extension evaluation model.Finally,taking a construction waste treatment plant project in Shenzhen as a case study,the evaluation indicators are divided into quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators.The evaluation indicators are analyzed by referring to laws and regulations and related literature,and the classical domain and section domain of each evaluation index are determined.On the basis of data analysis and questionnaire survey,the evaluation value of quantitative index and qualitative index was determined,and the index weight calculation results were put into the correlation degree function to calculate the correlation degree level of each index,and the evaluation level of the project was determined as "appropriate".Through analyzing the evaluation results,it was concluded that economic factors would affect the construction of construction waste treatment plant,and corresponding suggestions were put forward accordingly.In this paper,a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system and an ANP-matterelement extension evaluation model are established by considering the interrelation between each index,in order to improve the scientificity of site selection construction and the prospectivity of planning and construction,and to provide certain references for site selection suitability evaluation of construction waste treatment plants. |
