With the deepening of the market economy,equity incentives have attracted more and more attention in various fields.The essence of equity incentive is the separation of ownership and management rights.Under the separation of powers,the management costs of the company are getting higher and higher,and the shareholders and managers of the enterprise have different opinions in many aspects.In order to alleviate the contradictions between the two sides,retain the core backbone,and allow enterprises to better develop their business,Equity incentives are a broad range of tools used to improve the level of corporate performance.As an important means of regulating the separation of powers,equity incentive plan not only has a positive incentive effect on senior managers of enterprises,but also is a long-term constraint mechanism,and at the same time helps shareholders create profits and reduce risks.Equity incentives can improve the management system,enhance the sense of belonging,and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.With the rise of equity incentives,it is necessary to investigate whether such incentives can effectively improve the level of performance.The research object of this paper is Mingtai Aluminum.This paper organizes the literature at home and abroad,and introduces the methods and related theories used..Then,the overview of Mingtai Aluminum and the implementation of the three-phase equity incentive plan are introduced and compared,The multiple regression model is used to prove that the implementation of equity incentive of Mingtai Aluminum has an impact on financial performance,the short-term financial performance of three equity incentive plans was evaluated using the event research method,the fourth chapter selects the evaluation indicators suitable for Mingtai aluminum from four aspects,and then extracts the common factor by factor analysis to obtain input indicators and output indicators,and finally uses the data envelopment analysis model to obtain comprehensive efficiency,technical efficiency and scale efficiency,and performs performance analysis,projection analysis and sensitivity analysis of the calculation results are carried out.Finally,the data envelopment analysis method is used to evaluate the medium and long-term performance of Mingtai Aluminum.The research conclusion is: after the implementation of equity incentives,it has a positive impact on the financial performance of Mingtai Aluminum,but it still needs to be further improved from the aspects of assessment indicators,incentive methods,incentive scope,etc.,from which this paper summarizes several countermeasures for using equity incentives to improve financial performance,in order to provide a representative and reference basis for evaluating the financial performance of aluminum processing enterprises through this research,enrich the theoretical application research of financial performance evaluation.
