To date,coal has still been the largest fossil energy consumption in China.Our national condition determined that this situation would not be changed in a short time.In order to guarantee the sustained and healthy development of the national economy and the safety of the majority of employees,we tried our best to ensure the safety of coal-mining industries.With the development of coal-mining enterprises,the overall security situation has been greatly improved.However,there is still a big gap between our country and developed countries.Based on the theory of intrinsic safety,this paper deeply demonstrated the interactions of various factors,which significantly affected coal mine safety.Moreover,we for the first time introduced multi-factor coupling theory and systematically analyzed all coupling types of factors in coal mine safety by considering the reasons for safety accidents..The negative coupling effect caused by safety factors provides a novel sight for understanding the intrinsic safety of coal mines.By analyzing the interaction among various safety factors which affect coal-mine safety,we put forward suggestions of targeted improvement and establish an intrinsic system for safety management which is applicable to the coal mine.Many aspects including guiding ideology,comprehensive quality of stiff,scientifical technology,management system,safety culture,are described in detail.Therefore,the management model is both scientific and pertinent,and the intrinsic safety of the coal mine is realized from the management mode and method.It is important to explore and assess the safety status of coal mines during the study for the intrinsic safety of coal mines.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation system for coal mine safety,and to quantify various influencing factors of coal mine safety through fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation system to more accurately reflect the safety of coal mines.The status quo,and the current level of the coal mine safety is divided.The data obtained through analysis are more scientific and reasonable.The novel scoring evaluation and is more intuitive,clear and scientific than the traditional scoring evaluation.Through two comprehensive safety evaluations of Yaojie Coal Mine in Gansu Province,we found that that the overall safety of the first coal mine is in the third-level safety,which is "general safety".After a series of measures to improve the intrinsic safety management system,the overall safety of the coal mine is in a state of "safety" in the fourth-grade safety.The comparative analysis of the obtained evaluation results shows that the safety situation of Yaojie Coal Mine has been significantly improved,and the intrinsic safety management system and opinions and measures proposed for improvement are scientifical and effective.Finally,new expectations and assumptions are put forward,which have a positive effect on the realization of the intrinsic safety of coal mines.
