Research On Design Of Financial Sharing Service Center Of ZR Group

ZR group is a Hong Kong listed company,the domestic larger comprehensive energy supply and service providers,subsidiary,more than 1000,business across the country,business categories including city gas,thermoelectric and new energy,warm in engineering,new retail,engineering construction,gas,LPG distribution,electronic commerce,point more wide,the existing financial management mode for financial personnel liquidity,and other business synergy,manual report number more repetitive work,information system integration is not enough to meet the requirements of high-quality development of the group.So,we design a set of effective financial sharing service center solutions for ZR Group to solve the existing financial problems,improve management efficiency,save management costs,and improve management ability.Based on the case of ZR Group,this paper conducts a more systematic study on how to design financial sharing service centers for a large company with a wide range of different regions and many molecular companies.First of all,using the method of literature research,this paper sorts out the relevant research on the financial sharing service center at home and abroad,and analyzes and summarizes the key factors and core problems of the financial sharing service center design,such as the organization mode,key factors and risk management.Secondly,by using the case study method,on the basis of the questionnaire survey,the existing financial management problems of ZR Group are elaborated in detail,and the causes are summarized,summarized and analyzed.Finally,in view of these problems,we will design a set of effective financial sharing service center solutions for ZR Group,combined with the relevant theory of financial sharing,to help ZR Group to solve the financial management problems.Through case studies,this paper found that:ZR Group has many molecular companies,extensive cross-regional,With the characteristics of many points,scattered,provincial level companies and township companies coexist,many small and medium-sized project companies,When designing the financial Shared Service Center scheme,The location selection of the financial sharing service center is very critical,There are many factors that need to be weighed into;Financial management software and other business management software have the characteristics of type diversity and underlying technology diversity,How to connect all kinds of software is a crucial link in designing the financial sharing service center solution,Ask the computer professional team to assist;ZR Group has very rich business scenarios,In the process of business process optimization and reengineering,Taking full consideration of the core business and its industry characteristics,From the practical perspective,According to the idea of sub-industry,sub-system and sub-scheme,suit one’s measures to local conditions,Both control and efficiency,Reasonable planning of the process cutting points,Focus on the four dimensions of specification,efficiency,experience and integration.The above findings are of great reference significance for other companies to develop and design site selection,management system integration and process reengineering when designing the financial sharing service center scheme.
