Research On Digital Transformation Of Financial Sharing Service Center Of NF Chemical Group

With the rapid development of the economy,the progress of social productivity,the increasing speed of information technology update and iteration,the Internet of Things,and the application of big data are becoming more and more widespread.Many group enterprises use information technology and policy preferences to expand rapidly after the accumulation of capital.With the establishment of subsidiaries and the increase of department levels,there are many problems,In order to solve these problems,we need compared with the traditional financial work mode,the financial sharing service center has great advantages,improving work efficiency and reducing the possibility of financial risks.But at present,the construction and operation of China’s financial sharing center is still in its infancy,and there are some problems.Therefore,it is necessary to study the digital transformation of the financial sharing service center.This paper takes NF Group as a case,and comprehensively uses the literature review method and case study method to analyze.First of all,search the literature needed for the research topic from the relevant professional books,academic journal networks,the general knowledge resources database of the school library and other professional websites and forums,and systematically sort out the existing literature,elaborate the basic theory,and clarify the research context,ideas and methods.Secondly,study the process of building the financial sharing service center and the status quo and problems of the service center in the process of financial digitalization transformation of NF Group,analyze the problems and put forward optimization suggestions to provide ideas for ensuring the operation of the financial sharing service center of the Group in the future.This paper hopes to expand the understanding of financial digitalization and financial sharing service center,enrich the research of relevant aspects,and help NF Group find its own problems,so as to provide advice and reference for relevant industries to carry out financial digitalization,build financial sharing service center,and subsequent operations by studying the financial sharing service center of NF Group.
