It means that everything in heaven and earth,nothing is more important than "people",people are in the first place.Along with the rapid development of China’s economy,high-end,low-carbon,diversification is bound to be the main direction of the future development of the chemical industry,in order to grasp the new technology,new markets,quick access to new research,new results,are inseparable from the support of human resources.As the most important strategic resource of the company,the loss of core talents will directly affect the high-quality development of the company.In this paper,we investigate the core talent loss problem of MZY company and find out the multi-level causes of talent loss in order to propose targeted solutions.Firstly,the relevant literature on talent loss at home and abroad is studied,and on the theoretical basis,the current situation of core talent loss and its impact on the company are summarized through the analysis of the current human resources situation of MZY.Secondly,through top-level interviews.The interview and survey of lost talents,combined with the satisfaction survey of the existing core talents of the company,through the analysis of the survey data,the main reasons for the talent loss of MZY company are:solidified salary structure,slow promotion of personnel,restricted development space,etc.Finally,based on the analysis of the causes of talent loss,specific solution measures are proposed from three aspects:the external environment of the organization,the internal environment of the organization,and personal reasons,mainly for the internal environment of the organization,such as smooth career development channels,optimization of the selection and employment system,optimization of the salary distribution system,stabilization of the organizational structure,and creation of a corporate culture with a sense of belonging.The paper makes an in-depth study of the causes of core talent loss in MZY company and formulates management measures,which are of great practical value to the human resources work of MZY company.
