| Baby carriage is a common item in children’s growth.With the changes of children’s physical development and psychological needs,the demand for baby carriages is also changing.There are some problems in the stroller market,such as single function,short service life and excessive consumption.Under this research background,the design and analysis of the growth of baby carriages are carried out,and the common baby carriages are decomposed by modular design,so as to identify their common characteristics and highlight their unique personality.Modular prams are safe,durable and multifunctional,which can effectively meet the needs of children of all ages and greatly increase the service life of prams.The research object is 0-6 years old children.In the design process,the market demand and customer feedback are analyzed and summarized by using the SD method of perceptual engineering.Using the modular design method,we redesigned the appearance of the stroller,integrated the functions of various components,conducted user interviews and questionnaires,and systematically designed it from three aspects: instinct layer,behavior layer and reflection layer based on KANO model,so as to design a highly durable stroller that can be transformed into a lying stroller,a sitting stroller,a balance car for children and a bicycle for children,which can change its shape and function with the growth of children.From the perspective of children’s thinking development,this paper analyzes children’s psychological development,physical development and changes in social environment in the stage of perceptual movement and pre-calculation,understands children’s hobbies and habits,uses ergonomics and Norman emotional theory research methods,and considers the current situation of modular stroller market.It is concluded that the most used models in children’s growth are lying stroller from 0 to 6 months,sitting stroller,children’s balance car and children’s bicycle,and users need a deformable,multifunctional,sustainable and safe one.By using the modular design method,common baby carriages are divided into drive module,support module,transmission module,control module,execution module and auxiliary module.According to the needs of children in different growth stages,a multi-functional baby carriage module library is established.Through reasonably designed multi-functional modules,consumers can easily match four types of baby carriages.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the theory of growth,analyzes the functional interchangeability,size adjustment and component replacement of baby carriages,and expands the scope of use of baby carriages to meet the diversified needs of children of different ages.The modular growth design of prams can meet the potential requirements of users of different ages,cultivate children’s emotional resonance awareness and enhance children’s thinking transformation ability.The mutual transformation of the functions of these four types of baby carriages can prolong the iteration cycle of baby carriages,reduce resource consumption and protect the environment,which meets the needs of sustainable development.The baby carriage industry has great development prospects.Product developers fully consider the needs of the market and users,and combine the product design concept with sustainable design from the psychological and physical growth characteristics of children,so as to make the baby carriage better play its use value. |
