Research On The Willingness Of Farmers’ Carbon Ecological Compensation In Harbin

The global climate change is threatening the development of mankind seriously,strengthening the climate governance has gradually become the global consensus,our country proposed to achieve carbon peak by 2030,carbon neutral by 2060 double carbon target.As a big agricultural country.China should pay more attention to the greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture.It is urgent to find a cost-effective way to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture,which is both a carbon source and a carbon sink,it is an important way to reduce agricultural carbon emissions by means of agricultural trade union.As the main body of agricultural production,farmers’ willingness of carbon ecological compensation is closely related to the cause of agricultural carbon emission reduction.Heilongjiang has made outstanding contributions to our agricultural cause,thanks to its fertile land and vast area,and is an important ballast for our food stability.However,as a major agricultural province,Heilongjiang still has problems with low-carbon agriculture,and Heilongjiang lacks a strong carbon ecological compensation policy to encourage low-carbon production by farmers,there are also some problems in the implementation of carbon ecological compensation policy,such as insufficient funds and inadequate implementation of the policy.As the main body of agricultural production,farmers lack the motivation and capacity for low-carbon production,so they need to seek policies to actively involve farmers in carbon ecological compensation and compensation standards that farmers are satisfied with,make technology and production measures to reduce agricultural greenhouse gas emissions a conscious action.This paper,by means of questionnaire survey and asking farmers to answer questions related to their own agricultural production,explores farmers’ willingness to participate in lowcarbon production and carbon ecological compensation,based on this,the paper finds out the factors that affect fanners’ participation in carbon ecological compensation,and explores the relevant policies that can help improve farmers’ enthusiasm for low-carbon production,for the subsequent development of compensation mechanism to lay the foundation.Based on the survey data of Heilongjiang farmers,using binary Logistic regression model,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the farmers’ participation in carbon ecological compensation from six aspects:individual basic characteristics,family basic characteristics,farmers’ecological environment perception evaluation,farmers’ Low-carbon production,farmers’responsibility cognition and farmers’ subjective norm,and determine the farmers’ participation in carbon ecological compensation standards.The results show that the influencing factors of farmers’ participation in carbon ecological compensation are mainly related policy cognition,low-carbon production and responsibility cognition of farmers,the above three aspects have positive effects on farmers’ willingness to participate in carbon ecological compensation,and the willingness to participate in carbon ecological compensation will increase with the change of.dependent variables The individual and family characteristics of farmers also affect their participation in carbon ecological compensation;the average willingness of farmers to accept carbon ecological compensation is 238.23 yuan/mu.By studying the factors that influence the willingness of farmers in Heilongjiang to offset carbon,we can explore the development model of the compensation mechanism in the process of agricultural carbon compensation and determine the appropriate compensation standards,to resolve the contradiction between ecological protection and social development,to determine the compensation model and compensation criteria for agricultural ecological compensation in Heilongjiang,and to understand the willingness and willingness of farmers to participate in ecological compensation,to consider how to make farmers in different areas more actively and effectively participate in ecological compensation,and at the same time,to enhance farmers’enthusiasm for environmental protection,which will have a positive impact on Heilongjiang’s ecological environment;Finally,it can promote the further improvement and development of Heilongjiang’s ecological compensation system and establish a more perfect mechanism of crop ecological compensation.
