In recent years,many enterprises have established corresponding product data management systems for products.However,due to the inconsistency between data management and application,it is still difficult to implement the collaborative application of data.As a result,it isn’t easy to realize the control and tracking of data in the whole life cycle from the requirement design end to the maintenance server end.The traditional power data management and application are usually determined according to the application scenario,so the data management needs clarification,the application needs to be coordinated,and the problem is easy to lose.Bill of materials(BOM),as the technical document of product structure relationship,highlights its advantages.It runs through the whole process of the power supply life cycle,realizes the digitization and intelligence of power supply data,and makes the data of design,production and maintenance phases interconnect to realize data sharing and collaboration.Based on the analysis of the application scenarios of the data in the life cycle of the power supply of a small electron beam welder,an integrated power supply BOM application management system is constructed based on the BOM feature and the application function of the power supply,and the management methods of forward application and backward tracing are adapted to meet the digitalization of the power supply data.Realize the flow,application and sharing of power data in the life cycle.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Combine the data structure model of the tree and modular BOM with the composite BOM data table to form the BOM data model of the power supply.Conduct unified management on the data of components and design schemes in the whole life cycle of power supply as basic materials,establish material coding rules,and ensure the uniqueness of materials.(2)The minimum unit composition method is adopted by studying the correlation between the periodical BOM of the power supply.The basic circuit of the power supply is taken as the minimum unit module to realize BOM structure conversion and data configuration of the power supply so that the data in the BOM conversion and change process is more centralized and simple.The consistency of power supply data is ensured.(3)Optimize BOM management authority allocation,standardize BOM change process,and solve the problem of synchronization and verification between BOM and changed data to ensure the correctness of BOM data of power supply and realize modelling and threedimensional management.(4)Based on the BOM management platform,an integrated BOM application system within the whole life cycle of the power supply is created to realize material traceability.The BOM data of the power supply is verified and optimized from the aspects of prototype manufacturing,procurement planning and execution,cost calculation,after-sales maintenance,etc.,to confirm that the BOM application system of the power supply meets the application function requirements.BOM,as the carrier of power supply design and application data,its accurate application,not only can solve the problem of data management confusion and easy to lose in the design and application of power supply,break the traditional data barriers,but also can meet the closed-loop management of power data,improve the design,manufacturing and maintenance of data coordination,greatly improve the efficiency of data management,and better realize the accuracy,integrity,consistency and sharing of data application.
