Research On Implementation Of Environmental Protection Industry Policy In Anshan City

The environmental protection industry,with its advantages in accelerating the research and development of key common technologies for resource recycling and industrial demonstration,breaks the "gap" between economic development and environmental protection,and becomes one of the strategic emerging industries cultivated by the country.As a result,the State Council and the Liaoning Provincial Government have issued a series of environmental protection industry policy guidelines to promote the orderly development of the environmental protection industry and create a new development pattern of ecological civilization.In the implementation of higher-level policy instructions,Anshan City,based on its own actual conditions,issued supporting policy documents such as the "Planning of Anshan City’s Eco-Environmental Protection Industrial Park".However,due to various factors,Anshan City still has shortcomings and deficiencies in the process of implementing my country’s environmental protection industry policy.Based on the problems of weak publicity,lack of implementation resources,low implementation efficiency,and poor implementation effects in Anshan City’s implementation of the environmental protection industry policy at the higher level,this article focuses on policy implementation subjects,policy implementation environment,policy implementation methods,supporting policies,and policy implementation.Analyze the reasons for supervision and other aspects,draw on the experience and measures in the implementation of environmental protection industry policies in benchmark cities and heavy industrial districts,and propose countermeasures such as strengthening the main body capacity of execution,optimizing the execution environment,strengthening scientific and technological support,perfecting the execution system,and enhancing the supervision ability and public participation.And suggestions.It is hoped that these measures can strengthen the effectiveness of the implementation of the environmental protection industry policy in Anshan City and promote the construction of ecological civilization.
